YES. I am thankful that DR.Abdul Kalam has opted out of the presidential race after already being embarassed in 2007 . I wouldnt wanna see Dr. Kalam in a similar position now... he's opted out because majority political parties werent supporting him. And he did not believe in contesting if he did not get any majority and wanted to go with what out great political parties wanted.

Salman makes absolute sense.

I cannot deny the fact that Dr. Kalam was the best President ever 😭 ..curse you all political parties for not supporting him >:(

Kalam had no chance. Sonia Gandhi hates him. Congress would never support him. Without their support he will never win. The only reason why Mamata dragged his name into the controversy this time was because she knew that Kalam was one person Sonia would NEVER support.

it has all happened bcz of that mulayam 😡 ...at last moment he backed out ...otherwise Kalam sir's selection was sure...all parties cld have easily support him bcz he doesn't belong to any party ... he was ahead of pranab ...and Cong can never see any intelligent and honest person as prez ... sonia aunty ko to apne chamche ko hi prez banana tha

before it was Rahul Gandhi's aaya Pratibha ( worst prez ever ) and now this pranab
