Geet arrived at Delhi airport n saw Pinky patiently waiting for her.
Pinky, daughter of Manchanda (cousin brother of Geet's dad) was cousin cum best friend of Geet. She worked in a well known company of Delhi n lived in her own apartment, alone.
They reached home and Geet told her that she wanted to visit the dargah.
Theek hai take rest we'll go in evening. Pinky said. O teri...
Kya hua?Geet asked worried
Arre mai kaise bhul gayi aaj business party hai. Pinky shouted. Yaar I won't be able to come with you.
Theek hai dear, koi baat nahi I will go by myself... Chill.Geet tried to calm her down.
Hmm OK and after visiting dargah you can join me at the party. Pinky offered.
Geet gladly accepted. Sure.

Geet came out of the daragah. There was a group of fakir babas singing and playing different instruments. All men were sitting with the babas. In between there was a wall and on the other side, ladies were sitting. The atmosphere was peaceful and serene. Geet wanted to take in the most of it as she had to leave Delhi the very next day. She sat with the ladies.
The music played was captivating and magical. Music was always near to her heart as she was a trained Kathak (classical) dancer. She found herself floating in the waves of soulful music and words automatically came out of her throat.

Geet reached the party venue and entered the main hall. She was the only girl in traditional. All head turned and was mesmerized to see the simple beauty. She was dressed differently but didn't look out of place as she carried herself with confidence and elegance.
Geet saw pinky and joined her. Tu aa gai? Badi der kardi. And then she noticed the strange glow on Geet's face she looked extremely happy.
Tujhe kya hua? She asked incredulously.
Geet pulled her to the corner. You won't believe what happened today. She said all excited. There was feeling of content in her heart n she had never been this happy. I found him.
Who? Pinky asked confused.
My soul mate.Geet sighed like a love sick teenager.
What? You met him? What's his name? You knew him before? Pinky threw her bunch of questions.
No i didn't knew him from before and I don't know his name... I didn't exactly met him but heard him.
Pinky gapped at her weirdly. Are you nut? She blasted. Can you tell me Ms. Geet Handa how do you know that he is your 'soulmate' when you didn't even saw his damn face?
Pinky you don't need any specific thing to fall in love. It's just the special essence, the feel n your hearts tells you. Yes, this is the one. Geet repeated her mother's words that were engraved in her heart.
Geet would have loved to elaborate more but a familiar voice asked for her attention. She turned behind n walked through the crowd as if in control of some spell. Everything else was blurred; including Pinky who was calling her, it was just her n that enchanting voice. She only heard him n wanted to see him only. And at last she saw him standing with his back towards her.

Yes Mr. Singhania as you say. He stated n walked towards the bar while Geet followed him absently. The attendant served him as he took his seat in a corner. Grabbing the glass with his long fingers he neared it to his mouth n that was when Geet saw his face for the first time. Her eyes widened with the height of perfection his each feature was carved to. She had imagined him to be handsome but not so deadly gorgeous.
Waah! Babaji itna accha banda banaya aapne mere liye.Thank you.She said looking up n blushed at her own thought.
Maan felt someone's gaze on him n looked in her direction but Geet quickly hid herself behind the pillar. Finding no one there he again resumed drinking.
Geet again peeked from behind the pillar desperate for his one more glimpse. She looked at him intently; he looked sad n aloof for some reason. There was a sudden impulse in her heart to hug him n tell that everything is going to be fine. Coming out of her sweet reverie she hit her head, of course she can't do it right now.
Smiling she went back to Pinky, who gave her a 'Now-What?' look.
Pinky wo kaun hai? Geet asked pointing towards Maan.
Kaun? Pinky searched through the crowd.
The one who is sitting in corner.
You mean DD..Well he is Maan Singh Khurana. Pinky informed. CEO of Khurana Construction.
Oh!Geet said n the expression on her face literally scared Pinky.
After a brief moment Geet eyes gleamed n she said what Pinky had least expected. I am joining KC.
