This is to discuss a broader issue in daily soaps. In many shows we have seen the female lead going away from the hero even when she is pregnant- for some larger good. Siddhi said something on those lines yesterday and I was really irked. How can these females forget that the father has an equal right on the child. Just because the mother carries the child in her womb; does not give her rights that automatically supersedes the fathers.

Particularly in SINAL'S case Kunal has been shown to be slightly more emotionally attached to the baby.

Hey I dont agree with you that Siddhi does not care about the baby. Its just that
Kunal has been shown to be more emotionally attached to the baby.

To me siddhi's decision is a knee jerk reaction without understanding what her husband has in mind... After so many months of wedding, a husband-wife is expected to have a basic level of understanding and especially in SiNal's case as they have gone through a lot together. Siddhi's reaction was abrupt and illogical to me.
Coming to the baby - both parents have equal right and hence she cannot take a unanimous decision to leave

You are right a father has equal rights to the chaild as a mother. I'm sure that Kunal will not let her go.

i agree...kunal is the father of the baby...he have equal amount of rights as siddhi being the baby's mother...just bcz she is carrying the baby in her womb doesn't mean it solely belongs to hers n kunal have no rights...w/o kunal she would not have been carrying the baby in her womb...the baby belongs to him equally as it belongs to siddhi...

siddhi should calm down n cooperate with kunal...now its not the question 2 people...but 3 people...kunal...siddhi n little one...

a baby needs a mother but it equally needs a father too...both parents have equal rights on the little one...

siddhi should stop behaving like a spolit brat n understand the circumstances n situations...nowadays siddhi is behaving very very strangely n i am not liking this change...she better mend her ways n stop hurting kunal by threatening him of leaving him for good...its not done...the man is madly n passionately in love with her...stop playing with his feelings

I agree Mages that Kunal is madly and passionately in love with siddhi. But the truth is that so is Siddhi with Kunal. I dont think she wants to hurt him. Its just that the CVs have flipped their characters with Siddhi being irrational and impulsive and Kunal being calm and composed.

I dont mind this change as long as the CVs arent planning a separation track. Earlier Kunal used to behave like a spoilt kid at times now siddhi is.

sometimes i feel its her pregnancy mood swings...😳...that makes her demands n behave like a spoilt kid...🤣...poor kunu have to deal with mood swings..well its her first time being pregnant n such mood swings happens during pregnancy period...n kunal first time being a father has to understand her mood swings n help her out...calm her down...n i think thats what he is going to do tdy...
