Yeah i agree with you😛 i havent studied in India for College so idk whether they have the same system or not but in the US and Canda the system is very differnt thats probably the reason why we dont find this illogical😊 as you stated..over here we just choose classes based on our major..we can take classes at any point of our college journey..For example if i am a senior and i want to take a Anthropolgy course and another student is a freshman and wants to take the same course..then we both can..and despite being differnt years of college and differnt age groups..we will still be in the same class!!...i guess our system is very differnet from the Indian system...
I agree same here in Canada. I was supposed to take a humanities course in my first year but dropped it coz i did not get the particular course that I wanted for that subject. So I will be taking it in my 2nd year and most, if not all of the students in that class would be first year students. So there is nothing illogical about it. It depends when u take your classes.
