is that a joke that I can't understand? If it isn't, it is actually quite rude to the South Indians.

As far as I know majority of the Tamil actors speak good english, have graduated from uni before becoming actors, unlike their Bollywood counterparts who leave education mid-way.

No worries.. It was a sarcasm that only a very tiny percentage of IF members would have understood. I try not to create unnecessary dramas/scenes on IF 😊
