wasn't Rucha in comedy circus?

I had a question. Wasn't Rucha doing comedy circus? Howcome she is allowed to do that, but Gia isn't allowed to do JDJ?

I don't get it.. something is really really wrong.

and the channel and Gia and everyone knew that she will be doing JDJ.. promos were shot for JDJ and everything. Then why suddenly axe Gia? I am really not understanding this.
