Your biggest achievement?

I am taking steady steps in my career and I'm glad that my show rates number 2 on the TRP charts. I hope I'm at the right pace towards a bright career.

The best and the worst parts of your job?

The best part is that work keeps you too busy to feel lonely or take things to heart. Since the schedule is so packed normally, partying hard doesn't make you feel guilty on a day off. The worst part is that on a TV show you have to strive and toil relentlessly. We work like labourers. Even if you earn a lot of money, you hardly get time for yourself. Sometimes I just feel like breaking free!

What do you watch on TV?

I love watching VH1. I like keeping tabs on international artistes and this channel keeps me updated. I love music and can listen to songs all day.

A show you have heard a lot about?

Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon is quite popular and interesting.

Your worst scene?

My introductory scene in my show. It was 40 degrees and I had to run around and jump energetically. The scene was meant to establish the difference between the two sisters. Since I play the extrovert, I had to be energetic.

Any memorable interactions with fans?

Recently, I was at a promotional event where a lady asked my co-star, 'Where's Maanvi (the name of my character in Ek Hazaroon Mein Meri Behna Hai)?' Viewers are so accustomed to seeing me as Maanvi, with long hair and salwar kameez, that this lady couldn't recognise me in my natural look.
