Scene473 Sudhir punishes Amrit

He forcefully claims her using all his might. Amrit has tears flowing down her face as she had no clue that a first night would be so painful. But like a dutiful Indian wife she allows Sudhir to abuse her without her will. Sudhir has no intention to stop as he wants to punish his wife badly for betraying him and thinks that Amrit is his property rather than an equal spouse. Her pain, her wish, her feelings do not matter to him not now not ever. Even if Amrit had not betrayed him and was a loyal wife Sudhir had the mentality to consider a wife as his personal property and use her as he wishes.

Amrit's soul dies a thousand deaths that night as her husband abuses her repeatedly without showing any pity to her through the night. Its almost 5am and the sun rays are slowly penetrating their bedroom. Amrit has no clue why Sudhir is hurting her so badly. By now she is so tired out of pain and the abuse inflicted by Sudhir that she wishes the sun rises and she can leave the room somehow. Imagine the trauma of a 17 year old girl who is undergoing such trauma silently for past 4 hours at the hands of a man who world considers as her husband and who is supposed to protect her and that too in a resort where everyone is a stranger.

With each passing minute Sudhir's obsession at hurting her is increasing and Amrit may not be able to bear this assault on her by her legally wedded husband for much longer. But innocent Amrit thinks that all this is natural on first night that a husband spends with his wife. Like a dutiful wife she submits herself to him completely and only lets tears flow from her eyes at moments when she has unbearable pain. And also as an innocent 17 year old orphan girl she has no option. Sudhir mind is raging in anger how many times had Amrit met Rudra after marrying him, did they have a physical relationship etc?

Its early morning when Sudhir realizes that its time to question his wife and stop punishing her for her deeds. Finally after punishing his wife all night for bringing him disgrace by meeting her lover after marriage Sudhir pulls her hairs in rage and asks: what were you doing with your lover in park last week?

Amrit shocked. So now she realizes why Sudhir was so angry and giving her pain the entire night.

Amrit cries in pain: Sudhirjiii please leave my hair, its paining

Sudhir pulls her hair in rage: How many times you have met him without my knowledge after marriage? Answer meee

Amrit in tears: Aaahhh Nooo Sudhirji

Sudhir slaps her: Do not take babuji's name you cheat. Did babuji tell you to meet Rudra after marriage? That too in parks openly after college

Amrit bends her eyes in tears

Sudhir orders: You will not go to any college from next year.

Amrit choking: But babujiii

Sudhir: I will speak to him and stay at home and help my mother. From today you will only go out with my family escorting you not otherwise.

Amrit starts sobbing and buries her face in the pillow even as Sudhir dresses and leaves the hotel for rest of the day. Amrit pulls the white blanket on her shivering and cries for her lost innocence. She had always known in her heart Sudhir was not a great human being but he would fall to this extent baffled her.

In those days no one had heard of marital rape, people considered a husband had every right to abuse his wife even without her permission. But Amrit knew that night whatever had happened between the four walls of their bedroom was not something God had approved. She had been violated by someone who was supposed to protect her all life.

Scene475 RPS escorts Amrit back to party

Like any innocent 17 year old Indian girl she started finding fault with herself for bringing upon herself this punishment from her husband. Conservative Indian society had always taught her husbands could do anything marry 2-3 wives, beat their wives, abuse them and yet the wife must keep quiet and endure it as husband is pati parmeshwar(husband is God) and to save family honour. So no matter what he did he was God for a wife and more so for a 17 year old orphan girl without any parents and siblings to confide to about what had happened to her that night and to protect her.

Amrit sits and cries for her lost innocence, for the brutality she had faced that night, for the night she had grown from an innocent girl to an obedient wife who would bear any of her husbands brutality silently without letting the world know what happened with her inside the four walls of bedroom. Anyway there was no one who was her's in this world other than Rudra. And he was getting married so she did not want to inform him what had happened with her that night and make him upset and tensed.

The 7 days of honeymoon was living hell for Amrit as Sudhir removed his anger on her by abusing and assaulting her repeatedly every night for her betrayal. From that day Amrit's life changed, that night scarred her young teenage soul forever making her fear Sudhir forever in her mind although she treated him like a God outside obeying all his commands for he was her husband.

RPS sees her still sitting near the staircase reminiscing her past and goes to her. He does not know what she has undergone for the past 34 years as Sudhir's wife as an Ahluwaliah bahu. He looks at her sitting blankly and feels sad. If only they both had married RPS would have never been a criminal neither would his life have been so cruel so lifeless.

RPS: Amrit, Amrittt what are you doing alone? Come lets go inside the wedding hall

Amrit gets up and goes with RPS back to the party hall.

Arohi comes out looking for her mother and finds her with RPS.

Amrit gets nervous and moves a bit away from RPS.

RPS leaves the spot saying: Excuse meee

Amrit: I will go in beta, your father will be waiting OK

Arohi: OK mom, I will see what happened there and come
