She will go yaar do you rember her convo with Kapil she says if kunal comes, she will go for ishaani only and in the jail Kunal immediately lended her his shoulder and gave assurance and siddhi also as soon he saw him she couldnt control herself.

So she will go to Kunal and she needs him in this situation and she may say sorry first ( in Kapil's house she said she will not say sorry to Kunal)
