Winners of the 11th Indian Telly Awards

It was a night of glitz, glamour and glory. Yes, we are talking about the baap of all TV awards, the 11th Indian Telly Awards, which held its mind boggling ground event yesterday (31 May 2012) and honoured the shining stars of the television industry . Hosted at the Bhavan's College ground, Andheri, Mumbai, the Indian Telly Popular Awards had more than 35 categories. For the uninitiated, The Indian Telly Awards, held every year, showcases and rewards the best of Indian Television. These awards have emerged as the most popular recognition of artistes, serials and channels, for the talent and performance they have demonstrated during that particular year.

The hosts for the evening were TV hot shots Ram Kapoor and Ronit Roy. And guess what? Your favourite television stars threw in some amazing performances. And for those who could not watch The Tellies live, they can soon catch it on Colors. But till then, here is a list of all those who won:

Best Actress in a Supporting Role- Rupal Patel (Saath Nibhana Saathiya, Rashmi Sharma Telefilms, Star Plus)

like kushal tandon for best new face male - he cant even act ...

aakanksha - she is pretty good (tho i wud have preferred deepika)...and congrats to kanika and the whole team of DABH!!!

and karanvir for DSDD - that was well deserved!

'Diya Aur Baati Hum" has won 3 awards at the '11th Indian Telly Awards'...Apart from those two awards,Kailash Kher & Shubha Mudgal has won an award for the 'Best Title Singer for a TV Show'...😊

Kanica should have won for Comical role, not Negative, do they even know the meaning ? i see why Karan won it , but Kanica ? seriously she is comical relief not 24/7 planning vamp

Thanks a lot for sharing the winner list with us, I really thought Chotu would win best child artiste awards but was sad to see he didn't but there is a saying that better luck next time. Chotu really deserved that award and smae thing goes to Deepika. I really think Deepika and Anas should have won their respective award category, really sad to see them not winning :( @ DEBOLINA96, Thanks a lot for sharing that awesome news with us, i was inquisitive to know who won the best singer for a daily serial title song, and the award went to the most deserved people and i.e. Kalish Kher and Shubha Mudgal, so damn happy to know that, simply love all the tunes of DABH, DABH simply ROCKS :)

@Tiharika--Ya..even i'm happy too..Actually,it is very obvious that when singers like KAILASH KHER & SHUBHA MUDGAL are there in the nomination,no one can beat them!!!!That too when they have composed & sung such a marvelous Classical-based Rajasthani Folk title track for "Diya Aur Baati Hum"...

And if you all notice,you will see that it's "Diya Aur Baati Hum",which has bagged 3 awards at ITA,which is the highest...I think 4 awards as i've also heard that Best Make Up Artist has also been won by DABH..i.e. Krishna Gopal Rajput has won!!!!!!!!!!

Hi everyone,

Sorry, this was the only winners list I found. Maybe some website will put one up soon with all the other award winners as well (singers, technicians etc). It would be really nice to know for sure who ALL the awards were won by!
