Episode starts with Yashpal searching for Santosh as he has the letter of Chautala... he comes across Ammaji... Ammaji asks him to keep it in the room... Ammaji-Adi go to Sarah's room... Ammaji asks Sarah to get out of Adi's life forever... Sarah is shocked... she tells you promised me that you'll get me married to Adi... Ammaji tells i never made a promise but i just asked whether you would like to marry Adi... Sarah realises she has been fooled... she tries telling Ammaji that she's pregnant but Adi signals her not to... Sarah tells even though Ammaji has fooled her... but she can never remove Adi's place from her heart and decides to leave...
Ammaji comes to her room... Santosh comes with the juice but she fails to see the letter which is kept on the table... Ammaji comes across the letter and reads it and realises Sarah is Chautala's daughter... she decides to hide the fact and hides the letter below her bed...
Adi-Ammaji are sitting in the hall... Surya-Janvi come there and tell they are going to the temple and since Surya has decided to help her in politics they have decided to take blessings from God before starting it... Ammaji is happy... Adi looks disturbed...Surya-Janvi leave... Ammaji tells Adi not to think so much and just do what she says...
Sarah is preparing to leave... Adi tells he has arranged for a good house for her... and also for a good doctor who can get her abortion done... Sarah is very angry... she tells although the baby may mean nothing to him... but it means everything to her... and she'll bring the baby to the world... Ammaji comes there... Sarah is about to leave but she falls unconscious... Ammaji asks Adi to get the doctor...
Surya-Janvi in the temple... Surya takes oath that he'll help the needy in every way possible... and will always work for the people... Janvi takes an oath that being Surya's wife... she'll help him in every endeavour... Pandit asks Surya to take the kalash and sprinkle it's water by circling the temple... Surya leaves... politician's son arrives... his bodyguards push an old lady... Janvi and others rush to her aid... while another pushes Janvi... politician's son catches her shoulder... Janvi looks angry...
Precap - Doctor informs that Sarah is pregnant... Ammaji is shocked... she tells doctor to keep it a secret... Ammaji slaps Adi hard and tells him as well not to reveal it to anyone...
