Court orders for Savita??

If Courts can just send someone across and get the information confirmed that Archana's MIL has thrown her out of the house then can't those same courts also take her into custody or issue a court order against her for doing that??? Isn't this is a matter concerning Human Rights and related issues?
And i believe that Archana should at least this time listen to her mother and stay put in that house after all Manav did nothing to even thinking of her in all of these 18 years - with all of his money he has completely forgotten the fact that his wife was once better off than him and led a more respectable lifestyle than he and his family and now he's just trying to show off to his girls - and savita is also adding to it. It clearly shows what new rich means or how money has changed this entire family - but Archana has continued to live her meagre lifestyle...
Sulochana should be firm with Archana and tell Manav to get out of their lives because since the day they got married he has done nothing but side with his mother and completely ruined her daughter's life.
Purvi should not butt into any of this and in fact Sulochana should inform Manav of his mother's doings and tell him what Sachu has been telling her daughter in order to get his mother back in Manav's life.
I just so wish that Sachin's mother will come to India and set the record straight for Sachin and inform him what a manipulative grandmother he has and how badly she treated her as well and how his so-called loveable grandmother had actually grabbed her baby from her whereas she was hell-bent on bringing him up on her own...Sachin's mother is source of all truths of Savita...and with her money she can make all of them just SHUT UP!!!!

But just where is Sachin's mother?

While Sachin was living in canada his mom i believe was in the US. That's where her father went to from India when she was about to get married.
