Actually, the makers of this ad did not specify its usage.. you see, first you're supposed to apply cream - any face cream - and then apply this powder, so it will stick to the cream and make you look instantly fair... or so they claim.

Tanu dear...u took pity on your confused maa i see 😆...thank u for the explanation.and video...but still i am not convinced...did u see the color of the powder...and if they are targeting dark and dull skinned girls...just imagine them with this powder and their cream mixed...they would still look odd...it would have been better if it was a skin toned powder 😊
