Indian Idol Abhijeet Sawant is on a new threshold of life. First it was winning the Indian Idol title, now it is to launch his first music album Aap Ka Abhijeet. The album will be released at a function at NCPA on 24 March evening.
The album to be released by Sony Music is the first to be launched since winning the title. Idol runner-up Amit Sana and finalists Rahul Vaidya and Prajakta Shukre will perform on the occasion.
The icing on the cake will be Jassi in her new looks hosting the event. Lyricist Sameer has written the lyrics for this much awaited album of the Indian Idol winner. The album according to Sameer has been written keeping in mind Abhijeet's temperament, taste and singing ability.
Meanwhile, Rahul Vaidya and Prajakta Shukre have also performed live at the launch of Kaisa Ye Pyar Hai, a serial to be launched soon on Sony Entertainment Television. They also made guest appearances as celebrities on Sony's daily Kkusum.
For these rising stars, Sony is synonymous with fame and luck. Finally, the long wait is over!
