what is wrong with jagya?

I mean he now has the chance to study uninterrupted. Gauri is happy to work and give him the space to study. Why doesnt he hit his books? It's almost like there is some imaginary force field between him and his studies.

Please dont worry about him or gauri...its no use😆

I swear i would give my heart out if i had anything ofthis sort of time+ someone else earning-sit and read is it too much????? Boy this jagya how did he ever clear his exams -may be that time also gaur was behind him-too lethargic!!! atleast then work part time-doctors have that option also-or they could show him doing online consultinig-insulting doctors-never have i seen such a useless doctor-studying like mad and sitting at nhome waiting for a jackpot!!!!

Yes, exactly. even though it was fully his mistake, Gauri has given him the grace to dig himself out of his hole by giving him time to study. she will earn for six months while he studies. Is it too much to ask that he does his part?

its just the starting of his journey of sufferings...frustration n laziness is the first step i guess...if he'll like this then soon gauri will also dump him

Sometimes - things can start seeming useless when your mind is elsewhere engaged.

Jagya seems to be grieving sub-consciously. He HAS lost his family and , be it whoever who proposed and whatever the outcome - the net result is - he feels like he is the outcast. The rest are still together and he has become the outsider. His mind is not able to fathom how he could have gone from being the biggest darling of all - to being the pariah !!

Till he can get out of that mindset - I doubt he will be able to whole-heartedly apply himself to his studies. We are not all super practical. Sometimes we take time to gather ourselves and do the obvious. J needs the time to gather himself too. He's in pieces and all over the place and he can't even talk to Gauri about it. So he has to sort out in his own mind.
