It's regarding the yesterday's episode about child sexual abuse...i am pretty sure everyone is aware of the fact that more than uneducated villagers creating the issue of female infanticide as they actually believe in God's will and therefore , mostly spare the girl child regardless of their preference of having a male heir..the educated elite..the lawyers , the professors the instituters of our country who run the social institutions of our society inflict abuse more upon children than imagined...i am pretty sure that quite a lot of people in their student life possibly have almost faced sexual harassment or an attempt of it from teachers or tutors..it is honestly very common...but you know what is even more shocking? The people who are supposed to fight for the social injustices in our country..who debate and contradict for justice , good will and faith are also the very people who inflict sexual abuse on small children...who am i making this generalized opinion?!? my friend..she is 17 now..my best friend , actually..she joined my school at the age of 13...what do friends normally do with each other? high fives? arm around the shoulder? a hug? right? she used to back away about 10 inches back when i put my hand forward for a handshake...she pushed people who hugged her and hated even giving high fives..she would just say she does not like it or start shouting irrationally...she did it for about four to five years..till class 11...we are 16 now...and finally on a friend's birthday...she for the first time hugged me ...hugged anyone actually...and told me why she was like this...a tutor..when she was 12...she used to go for english tutions ...her english tutor was lawyer from the supreme court of delhi..he used to fight on cases of sexual abuse...but you know what such a representative of the Indian law of our country do instead? He forcefully kissed her without her permission and touched her in wrong parts as she tried to push him him away thrice..she succeeded pushing him the fourth time and ran away from there...her mom , her dad..her brother or anybody still does not know...and for the first time i just cried so much...i was shocked..and i realized that whats the point of living in such a country where people who are supposed to fight for justice abused young girls? if the fighters of our country are like this..what can we expect from the citizens of this country? Tell me? If a man toys different girls..he is considered a stud..but the minute a girl does it...women...people of the same species have a heart enough to term them as a "s**t"...women themselves don't ever support each other..all we can do is bitch about each other, be jealous of each other and harm each other and make each other's lives hell through our emotional manipulations..if we ourselves do not be in sync and harmony with each other...how can we blame the abuse that happens to us as we ourselves do not stand up for each other?!?!?!
WHEN THE HELL WILL WE EVER RAISE OUR VOICE FOR EACH OTHER INSTEAD OF AT EACH OTHER?
