On the maha episode to air on 19 May 2012, Jeevika (Krystle Dsouza) will also come to know about Maanvi's ailment. And what's more, the truth will be let out by none other than Maanvi herself. So how will Maanvi gather courage to tell her sister about her illness? How will Jeevika take this bitter truth?

We have all the answers for you. Viren and Virat will pester Maanvi to tell Jeevika about her illness. Their point of view will be that Jeevika will take the news better if Maanvi told her about it; they will also tell her that Jeevika will be shattered if she gets to know of this from outside sources. So Maanvi will muster up the courage to reveal this truth to Jeevika.

It will be Maanvi's birthday, and Jeevika, who is always the first to wish her dear sister, will not wish her on the day. This will leave Maanvi sad. Jeevika will be upset with Maanvi and would want to know the real reason behind Maanvi not donating her blood. At this juncture, the entire family will come down to Chandigarh to surprise Maanvi on her birthday. On the day, Maanvi will tell Jeevika about her cancer, and Jeevika for a moment will be left shocked. However, she will portray a bold self and tell her sister that she will take care of her and will see to it that she remains hale and healthy. Maanvi will be surprised to see her sister taking the news in the right spirit and moving forward. The entire family will celebrate the birthday of Maanvi in style and there will be happiness on everyone's faces.

However, Jeevika, all of a sudden, will disappear from the party, go to her room, lock herself and drop into tears. She will literally break down and cannot withstand the news of her sister suffering from cancer. Viren, who will be spectator to all this, will comfort Jeevika by hugging her.
