Dr.Patels confession about his ex-wife pataoing his patient Amarnath Kapoor indicates that this man is not in his senses and falls very easily for a married woman with two children. The joke of it is that she convinces him to kick his first wife for adultery. Is this expected from one of the top Industrialist of his city? Was she not committing adultery when she pataod him?

This man who has been in the background as Rams father was quite respectful before this episode. But now it seems he was stupid and dumb and also maybe a Womaniser too. Dr. Patels confession is making this serial more unreal. His living in limbo in the same city and treating patients under a different name without the knowledge of his exwife is too good to believe. Hope the CVs get over this nonsense soon and start something more believable. Priya agreeing to leave KM with the wrath is good but they should (of course we know) have at least hinted at her future plan of taking revenge from Niharika.

The creatives re-written history form the beginning. If you recall, the first flashback with Amarnath Kapoor, showed him on his deathbed telling Ram, that "tumhari maa ko nahi pata. . " that I have a second life with a second set of wife and kids. Now, it's turned to that Ram would have actually met Niharika before when she was a nurse (you would assume if he was accompanying his dad and mom to the appointments) like Dr. Patil said. From the beginning, I thought Ram's hero-worship sucked. Most teenage to grown men would be disgusted that their Dad was a bigamist. Now, to justify Ram's feelings, they brought in Mrs. Kapoor being framed track. Honestly, he had that much less love for his mom compared to his Dad. In fact, they should have stuck to the original thing, where Krishna didn't know that she had a second life and how Niharika once entering Kapoor mansion, started to change history. And the bigest dumbo in this all, Daadi--she trusted Niharika versus Krishna.

It's stupid, but it's not surprising really - bigger men have fallen for less... history is actually full of stories of middle-aged men who fall for younger women and commit bigamy...
