~~~~Chapter 6~~~~~

She again looked at him & than looked at Aman standing by the door.

She requested him Amanji, "Can you please declare a Half day for your staff", Aman was quite unsure of the request, he looked towards ASR, she again replied t"his is from Arnav ji ".

Aman said "Mam we have a important client coming in later in the day",She told him "Thats KASR Inc. Right. I m here on their behalf. Thats why the request, I do not want ppl to get involved in this meeting". Arnav still couldnt believe " She had just walked in his life back & had started arranging things again"

Once the staff left,,,, she said it looks like we are finally 2 of us. I think we need to talk.

Then he uttered " How are you Khushi, Tum theek ho na?"

She said you can look for yourself how do I look??? But same Aap kaise hain Arnav ji????

He still looked, she told him" Please reply" Still Arnav looked Blank & than she said " this time when you gone talk I will not go away, I will listen to you. I promise, I know how you hate when someone walks away during when you talk".

Then she looked around a helper came in, She told him bring in the Lunch...

She quietly served the Lunch & told him will you please eat with me for once in our life can we do this together. Arnav Agreed and looked at her she still enjoied her food like old days. A smile crept in his eyes for the first time in his day, she actually felt relieved.

After Lunch she said to him, I need to go the wash room & I will be back asap.

When she returned she had drapped a nice silk saree, witha complete diff set of accesories & some files, she told him your confrence room is ready.

Once in the confrence room He realised her Assitant ws with her and they had the contract papers with them abt the Ongoing Deal with them Even Aman was waiting for him. Her assitant explained that she was the Managing Director of KASR& then she opened the Laptop & her fingers worked crisply... He remembered the day she had barged in his office & shut the Laptop for him to eat...

the meeting went very smoothly all the highlights were touched very crisply to the point manner & at the end AR had signed a contract with KASR. He was very impressed . After the meeting She kept looking towards him, he kept looking back, mins passed & passed again... stumped was all written on his face, then she told " Can we talk now???"

He nodded. she said "u go ahead", he said "I dont have anything khushi, its you who needs to tell how hv you been and whats this?". She said "I know we need to clear a lot of thing but for now I jus wana say I m back bcz of you, & I can stay if you want me to".

than she got up she said to him, I guess u gonna need time to think, I am staying at the same place in laxmi nagar, if you wana talk to me or discuss you can meet me there. and than she left.

Arnav could breath only after she left, up untilnow he didnt know he had been holding his breath.

he kept thinking what had happened, I mean he had got daily updates abt her and evry activity of her has been known to him than how had he not got this his CEO things this transformation. the office was closed for the rest of the day & he knew he wouldn't be able to concetrate so he decided to go home.

At home he still didnt get peace, he kept pacing, everything reeled in his mind like a movie yet it didnt make sense, 2 days passed than he reached a decision, he dailed laxmi nagar telephone, surprised at himself that he still had it.

The same khushi he knew a couple of years back, loud and sweet picked up the phone she said " hallooo"

He said I think we definitely need to talk, can we meet up for Dinner at the Taj, at 8:00 pm, Yes she said, I will be there.

he hadnt felt that nervous in his life, even anajli and kids had sensed it. Anjali had come 2 to chck with him but he couldnt raise her hope just yet so in his usual manner he had avoided her Question. At the Resturant Khushi had been there before him, he saw her& his mind played the scene from the old days when she used to be nervous, fidgeting with hands, today again her hands were fidgeting but looking towards her face, no one could wonder she was nervous. similarly clad in a salwar kameez, with those stupid pom poms & gotta laces, she still looked delectble, gone was the sophisticate Khushi he had met two days back.

somewhere in his heart he found solace to see the traces of his old Khushi but his mind got more confused what had happened.

They moved to their table, he pulled the chair & she took the the seat nicely, he ordered, she just made a small suggestion & they continued, she asked him abt his family Anajli & Kids, the way her face lit up with mention of kids was sumthing he njoied too much. quite like the old times.

The food was served & they finished it in silence. there was no talking, Arnav had always njoied silence yet today it looked different, the chatter box he knew khushi was, he found it odd. After dinner they had gone silent and Khushi knew the time was fast approaching but she had been raedy. she had waited for 3 years for this.

They paid and as were to depart, Arnav guided her arm & whispered, "I have booked a suite for us & can we go there?".

Khushi smiled & followed, Khushi looked at peace for she knew Arnav will always be like that. no amount of effort will change him on this.

The lift took them on the 21 floor & he guided her to the suite. he pulled the magnetic card from his pocket swiped it to open the room. Inside the room, she followed him and they moved towards the couch, Khushi waited for him to talk again that silence, he waited for her to say something, she dint say anything. After abt 5-10 mins, he whispered "Khushi", "Ji" was all she could utter, he than said "I duno how to put It But I wana know what is all this abt"????
