I'm pretty sure Barun can already shoot the key scenes for IPKKND, like him being kidnapped, since it would probably just be him and Shyam for a while in one frame.
So he can easily shoot these before he leaves.
My guess is for this week there'll be alot of confrontation scenes between Khushi and Arnav, and planning behind the scenes by Shyam.
Then in the Mahaepisode Shyam will kidnap Arnav.
For the week that follows from 14th May, Barun will have already left for his shooting, but we hopefully won't miss his presence in IPKKND because they will already have his scenes. And on the 22nd May he'll return to shooting for IPKKND. This will probably be the moment when Khushi finds Arnav
So i'm not worried. 😊
