This scene i think is a setup for SR. If they showed any boldness in SR alone then it wont gel with ashu's character. But if they show a scene like this b4 shaadi then audience can accept his behaviour in SR. Truth be told if you love some1 n she is almost 99.99% urs then dis is expected. He is a shy person but love plays hell with your emotions n sometimes u just get carried away. He is after all human. Im expecting big romance in wedding nyt while keeping ashu's character intact.
