doesn't gauri realise that if the divorce doesnt happen their marriage does not hold any validity. Also if singh family files complaint about jagya and gauri being married without divorcing anandi, then both jagya and gauri will land in jail. why are singh family shown so helpless in front of jagya's demands... they shouls counter blackmail him saying if he doesnt divorce anandi they would file a case against him

Gawari is actually enjoying her Mistress status she wants to remain a KEEP thts why she is not bothered abt the legalities afterall wats the use of legal status when she's getting his money...

i think now it's more about legality issue for Gauri. she just want to have upperhand over the singh parivaar. jagya to uskay isharon pe naach hi raha hay. ab she wants the rest to dance to her tunes as well.

plus once a person gets in the habit of taking charity they start thinking of it as their haq. though in jagya 's case it really is his right but until they have legal marriage,gauri cannot demand even a phuti kori from them.
as for Dadisa i think that many times she makes mistake by acting impulsively. i don't mean any disrespect to elders in family but i think when taking a decision every member's of every age's opinion should be considered

Gauri never gets satisfied with what she has. When she thought her marriage was legal she craved for acceptance. Then when she found out that she's illegal she craved for divorce, and when divorce is near her, she's craving for jagya's property... The moment she gets property she might crave for a better legal husband:)

Gauri is blinded by revenge and Jagaya is blinded by greed. Dadisa is just anxious to get this matter over with asap. Nobody is thinking staright here. Bhairon can, but he is over-ruled by Dadisa.😔

good post, even I thot the same -- Bhairon and co can tell Jagya that he better listen to them otherwise , they will take legal action against Jagya , there is no need to worry at all reg divorce, Jagaya has to let Anandi go and afetr that cry all his life
