Pratigya on the phone to Krishna saying that she did not get the chance to exchange the papers...Meneka has already left and if Krishna does not do anything then the property will forever taken from Sajjan Singh..K in action..

My thought on the precap is that P was referring that she was not able to exchange them back and when Menaka goes to the lawyer he will notice the papers are not in her name and tell her after that they will not be able to get the property back because Menaka and her mom will be alerted. Don't know if this is the case

Just a guess on my part because if the property is going back to SS today(K told SS and GD last night that they will be in the haveli tommorrow) then the papers have to be in SS's name and P didn't get a chance to exchange them and we know that SS will be back in the haveli by the maha episode.
