Nice follow up to yesterday's episode as far as Arnav and Khushi go. Arnav encounters
his first sleepless night, one of the many to follow. He is torn between Khushi's talk with her mom, Garima's blessings, his love for Khushi and his supposed hate for her.

Awww.. the hand holding scene, he holds her hand as though he never wants to let her go, first time he holds her willingly after marriage and then sleeps contently that she is with him. It was almost verbalized his feelings saying you are only mine - an extremely poignant scene.

Khushi wakes up the next day very surprised that he is holding her hand and the subsequent conversation that he had switched off the AC, has her thinking. I totally understand how this baffled her. As far as she goes, Arnav's actions have always been hot or cold without any consistency and her last interaction with him was the previous night when he angrily walked way.

A strange set of sequence puts doubts in her mind as to why Arnav really married her (nice touch throwing in La's name) while Arnav on the other hand is watching her closely because the doubt has started forming as to what he saw that day at the terrace versus the girl he is seeing now. I loved some of dialogues she voiced including he is not talking to me but is always around me like a shadow. It is going to be a build up before it explodes as per the promo on Monday.

Barun totally ruled the first 5 minutes and the gel free hair waving in the wind, perfect. Mind game for the day thrown by the CV's - relevance of 36?

So a guilt-driven Arnie decided to be nice to Khushi and our Sanka-devi totally freaked out. I don't blame her. I freaked out a little too watching Arnie be a good boy. And watching Arnie smile sweetly in the precap was downright demonic. I am not so sure I can or even want to watch an Arnie in love, if this how it is going to be. I am mentally scarred from today's experience. So I totally feel for Khushi.

So the episode starts with Arnie going over the Khushi-Amma conversation and he feels guilty enough to turn off the AC for the shivering Khushi. So far, so good. A small step for most men, a giant leap for Arnie.

And then he crosses the Arnav 'Rekha and actually holds her hand. Woahhh there, boy, slowww down now. Things are going a l.i.t.t.l.e too fast , don't ya think?? I mean, how long have you known her for? A year? Out of which, depending on who you are talking to, she has spent a measly 1 or 3 months being your wife. And you think you can go about holding her hand and watching her while she sleeps. What about your SP daily soap values, huh???

Khushi wakes up to find her hand extra-warm and toasty in Arnie's grasp and comes to the conclusion any young, hot-blooded wife would come to. He doesn't want me to escape. I know it sounds good when you read it. Believe me, it is not when you hear Khushi say it. Just take my word for it. You just feel sorry for Khushi who cannot believe it can be anything else than that.

She tries to free her hand and he wakes up - startled, sweaty and calling out her name. Huskily, I might add. And just when you think they might have a moment , the KKG-turns-on-the-sanak BG score starts.[*Face-Palm*]

What did you think was going to happen?? That she might actually ask him why he was looking around as if he had lost his world and then regained it in the same moment?? Or at least, why he woke up so startled?? Oh no, our sanka-devi goes "Kya hua?", "Aapko itna paseena kyon aa raha hai?" "AC phir se bandh padh gaya kya?". Honey, first of all, breathe. Second of all, most people wait for the first question to be answered before they rush to the next. And third of all, this is your laad-governer who doesn't think you deserve any answers.

True to form, he rushes out of the bed and then' and then' wonders of wonders --- actually answers a question. "AC maine Bandh kiya tha". And that's when our brilliant Sanka devi deduces that something is not right.

So she snoops around and finds a note in his personal diary that says "AR 36 K" with a cross on the K. And she comes up with the conclusion any young, hot-blooded wife would come to . He wants to nail her. I know it sounds good when you read it. Believe me, it is not when Khushi says it. You just pray for Arnie here because you just know her sanak is reaching boiling point.

It doesn't get any better when Arnie catches her snooping in his diary and not only does not lose it, but calmly asks her to put it back. And that's when Sanka devi totally freaks out.

And everything after that was just out of control Khushi.

Arnie is on his own agenda, trying to stay out of her way, watching her (and by that I mean doing that me-asr-me-drink-tea-me-stare-at-wife thing), and watching out for her when she almost burns herself. He is also trying to help Lavanya with some agent thingy.

And Khushi is coming up with her own conclusions. That has nothing to do with her being young or hot blooded. So now words like 'Kundali Dhosh", "sannate ko chirta hua raaz hoga be parda","Maut","prijwal pitambar and simi poppat" are being tossed about.

And in the one conversation they have in the episode, he is actually polite to her and on top of that , concerned about her. By this time, I am as freaked out as Khushi is.

Haan, kyun?? nahi hona chahiye?? Ah, you give it to him straight , girl!!

OK. I get where this is going. If the Preeto marriage was a parallel to Arnie's wedding/role/responsibility; this nonsense is making a parallel between Arnie and Shyam. She is going to end up accusing him of the same thing that Shyam is actually doing. Where Anji trusts shyam blindly, Khushi does not trust Arnie at all.

This is how this PH operates. Usually, it is comedy to set up the point to be made by the end of week; this week the point is already made and the comedy starting now is for setting up next week. The alternate was a preeto wedding that lasted the whole week, so I will take this.

Besides, the night + waking up scene was really aww... inducing. Arnie is taking a step forward and Khushi is so backing away right now. The continuity from yesterday was there but some comedy was brought in. As unbelievable as it was, it wasn't any more than the nimbu mirch thing from back in the days where her dhak-dhak and acidity ruled.

The RM scenes today. Good God! Anjali, do some Havan or something. First of all, there is the snake spawn growing in your non-baby-bump belly. Then the bhoot Mami and the satanic bubbly. Kya chal raha hai , yaar'.Rani ko nikalna chodo, Rani will run away from there by her own free will to get away from this freak show house. And just when you think Arnie has it better by being at GH, he shows up with a demonic smile in the precap. That precap had better be Khushi's dream .😲

But you can always count on buaji to give you something to smile about.

Best line today was for Bua-ji. "Kaatne se jyada khaye liye ho. Bakariya ho ka???"

I think they've got it, or they're just setting it up, this is the build up, they really need to pass that 3.5 mark and their ME could do it, so they're being extremely cautious now. TRPs and IPL are not directly proportional constantly, it can go inverse too and maybe they've figured that out with loyal fans like us 😉

I really enjoyed the bedroom scene, his heart vs. brain has finally jumpstarted, now all it needs is a push and we'll see it accelerating to make amends. He genuinely cares for her regardless of what "she is doing" in his opinion. If he has lashed out on her and she has still loved him, he's always been there watching over her and doing whatever it is he can to make her happy, for him its always been actions louder than words and will be a lot once this MU clears off. That is his character and I like it that way. His RTR has started in a very subtle way, if this is a teaser, just imagine what cash we'll get when it actually starts 😳😳

Lavanya being induced there was a good feel, its good to know they're still on good terms and like you pointed out about ASR being a Scorpion and loyalty, he has lived up to that, he will always be a loyal friend to her, regardless.

I don't quite know what to expect tomorrow, I guess the spoiler pics sorta give me a clue, I don't want to call it a filler, but it will be a lot like today, hoping for a big Friday though, because come Monday and this show should really get explosive ☢️

Sush & SG's - It is safe to say we can come back next week for the much awaited encounter? Until then we clearly have to put up with filler episodes...🥱

Loved the early morning scene; ASR being haunted by the conversation Khushi had with her mom. Well, he should have been happy that she chose to cover for him but that wasn't the case. His conscience wouldn't let him sleep. While the girl peacefully slept by his side, she had nothing to hide...He knew deep down he was wrong; so he holds on to her.

This time it wasn't in his sleep or he wasn't intoxicated; this time he was fully aware of what he was doing👏👏👏 So it is now about fighting for Khushi; he will fight to keep her. This time he was the one to cross his side of the bed/Arnav-rekha and reached out to her😳😳😳 This was his first meaningful touch...He will not let her go but he isn't sure what she wants. He is the one insecure...This isn't about Di anymore; this is about his love...It is about will she or won't she stay? This will only build when he realizes she is innocent; the fear of losing her will intensify as the events unfold.

A man, who once talked about being in control of his destiny, isn't so sure anymore...

"DM tum dono ko humesha khush rakhe..."

For someone who didn't believe in God, those words kept him awake...

Now she is the one who is suspicious...She is the one who wants to believe the worst of him...Will these 2 ever be on the same page?😆 Earlier he didn't care where she slept but today he turned off the AC...But didn't admit when asked😳 Will she understand his silent love?😍 But there was some growth in her character; she realized he is hiding something from her👏 He was following her like a shadow; very calm...

She was right, kuch tho gadbad hai. She goes thru his diary...Up until that point they kept the intensity. But lost control soon after; could have continued along the same lines; they could have shown a conflicting ASR; pal mein Rajkumar, pal mein Shaitan...Leading Khushi to believe he is out to get her😆 She has ample reasons to come to that conclusion with the rage he shows on occasion but the intensity came crashing with the "kundali ka bakwaas". Ms Sankadevi true to her character had her brain on overdrive...😆😆😆

Kundali & ASR?😲 Reminded me the last time she spiked his drink...😆 La thing was completely fabricated & made no sense... Why would ASR kill her to go to La? He could simply walk away in 3 months & marry La... Khushi was true to character, they have decided she will always be a child...Buaji could have done the honors and spanked the bakariya...🤣

The OTT comedy was not bad, consistency remained. I completely understand Khushi being confused, scared. It was just last night he did not want to see her face and was furious with her now he is holding her hand while she sleeps, takes off the A/C, doesn't get mad she touched his things or read his diary. Who wouldn't wonder what in the world is going on? His hot and cold is becoming too much for Khushi these days.

well cmeto thinkof it, due to your writing some parts do sound cute. Otherwise I was mad like hell with the return to OTT and stupidity. Thanks for making me see some method in the madness that was today:)
