Irretrievable breakdown of marriage-Anandi's case

Anandi can get the divorce by filing a petition under "Irretrievable break-down of marriage"on the following grounds-

(1) They were physically separate by more than 3 years

(2) Bigamy

(3) Domestic violence by emotional abuse

(4) failure of the positive efforts to save the marriage by herself as well as the elders of the family.

(5) obtaining of marriage certificate through illegal means (marriage officer is also a respondent for issuing without following statutory norms of one month notice,etc.,) & deception Thereby.

(6) looting of her pocket money by emotional blackmail that he'd torture the joint family & damage their reputation in the society..
(7) blackmailing & obstructing the divorce process inspite of the fact that he consciously accepted in writing while applying for divorce...



I request the dear members come up more inputs in the light of recent amendment to hindu marriage act "Irretrievable break-down of marriage ", & other sections of IPC that boost up courage to several such Anandis of our society..

Jagya's crimes include emotional abuse,legal abuse,financial abuse,moral abuse,& failure in discharging the obligations as a husband...

Can Gauri also be charged as a co-conspirator in a extortion case? I would love for that to happen too.

Haveli people can file a nuisance case on Gauri for uninvited entry causing harassment.
Once their marriage is proved illegal & also if it can be proved that Gauri & her parents knew about his first marriage,all the persons involved in such a marriage (just like illegal child marriage) will be prosecuted..& punished accordingly...

You know all these laws are stupid laws because they can land Gauri and Jagya in trouble. The whole Indian legal system should be changed to make J-G's lives more comfortable. Not only Indian legal system but the laws around the whole world should change.

Yup ur right they r highly INSECURE people who suffer from psychological prob due to childhood trauma.So they should be execused from any mistakes...All laws should be removed or ammened to suit GAGA afterall they r the REAL people rest all are fake 😉
