From her conversation it appears its all about money. And she wants to open the new hospital in city for both Jagya and herself. All the time time it was WE WE WE in the conversation. She said socho humara khud ka hospital hoga. Bada socho. She had no intentions of taking the new job offer also if she gets her new hospital.

Gawari is showing her true colors afterall...Jagya already had a big hospital in jaitser but he didnt want to treat gawar village folks...he wanted fashionable city patients 😆😆
