So I am back after a break...caught up on last 7 episodes yesterday. I have never really enjoyed plots focusing on Pashu's aggressive side. It seems when such a plot comes, he takes away most of the screen time either yelling at others or crying and feeling sorry for himself. His dialogs tends to get prolonged and annoying. He is a great actor but it's the character that I start to dislike in this temperament. I thought he was done with his insecurities. Now his father loves him and he has such sweet doting wife who is pregnant with his first child. He should be the happiest person in C-house. But alas he is still crabby and fighting his insecurities by picking on a bai and Nitika. He is a typical male chauvinist who can't see women in authority.

Also, I seriously wonder who are the 5 C-members to vote against bai. Why do they have to always make it a win or lose by single vote. It would have been nice to show him get one (only his own) vote against bai. That would have been something new and fun.

On a side note, it is lovely to see all the bahus sticking together during family crisis, showing patience/concern and compromising to their level best. No matter what I still love this show.

Well put. I think Pashu's insecurities lies with in the fact that he does not know where to draw the line and when to let go. He feels just because he has raised someone , he alone has the only right on that person, to do as he wishes. Which shows his shortcomings. He does not realize that Ved has really been hurt this time, that you dont insult a man before his wife and that also, you change your attitude as the person grows older. Pashu, does not realize any of these and that shows his lack of wisdom. I am sad Ved is this hurt, Tej said it right, that a person who is always quite and always smiling , if they get angry, its nothing short of a volcanic eruption.
it remains to be seen how Pashu redeems himself this time, but I do like, that he sticks to his characteristics of a bullish big brother, who in his heart loves his younger brothers to death.

Pashu should get anger management classes. When he is angry, it is very difficult for him to come out of that zone and think rationally. I seriously hope they don't bring another hospital plot to fix the situation.

Although, I don't like Pashu's behavior - I have to give in to the great actor...
He seemed so real and genuine... I also like this show very much... They are showing realities. I only wish they do not stretch this drama un-necessarily. They have made an impact about:
a) How anger can cause misunderstandings in relationships
b) How anger takes you away from logical point of view
Viewers got it now!! Hopefully the creatives will realize this!
All the actors of the show - Superb Job!!!!

Like all of you said.. Pashu has a lot of insecurities.. but that was his character all the while.. he was always very vunerable to extreme emotions..
I like that the CVs have not 4gotten his true self .. thought he did show signs of change.. In reality one cannot change oneself all of a sudden.. it will take time.. in Tej scenario he got a jutka then he changed himself a little bit.. now he will get another one in the form of Ved.. lets c how he handles this one..
I just love this show.. its sooo real..

i dnt understand why dadji and co are acting as if ved is maknig am istake, the way pashu hass ascted , bed still went ot the owrk he got treated as a srvant, when u are marreid nad tat tooin cicumstances where u have never stood by ur wife u do feel the need ot atleast be a man enuff ot get her respect. i dnt like dadjis gyan to ved that both ki glakti hai it iwasnt veds, at all, and i hate the fact that cvs are using the same isses with diff bros , seems like pashu has elizimers ghe dsnt remember his lessons

Good points everyone 👍🏼

I don't know how in real life family members share profits and responsibilities if they are partners in a business. Most logical way is to distribute the profits equally among all brothers. They are all grown up/married and have needs. Let them learn to save and spend within their limits. I don't understand what's up with Pitaji keeping all the money with himself and giving away pocket money to his sons as if they are kids.

I don't think Pashu has ego or arrogance, rather I believe he has inferiority complex so if anyone especially women try to tell him something or try do things differently, it hurts him and he gets very angry. He is good at heart and love them all but when younger brothers or women in the house including bai show some authority, he becomes insecure and starts to defend himself in irrational way.

Hopefully, there will not be another hospital plot to fix this new tension in the house. I want to see a new and satisfying approach to this problem.

I LOVE PASHU"S ACTING AND THE CHARACTER...
HE DIDNT DO ANYTHING WRONG..
HE GOT ANGRY ON HIS YOUNGER BROTHER, THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THAT
BUT HE HAS TO KNOW HIS LIMITS... IT IS OK TO SLAP YOUR YOUNGER BROTHER, BUT EVERYTHING HAS ITS LIMITIS, AGE...PLACE...
HE SLAPPED PRACHIN WHEN HE LEFT HOME FOR COUPLE WEEKS HE STILL DID NOT LEARN ANYTHING FROM THAT AND THEN HE SLAPPED VED INFRONT OF EVERYONE ...
EVEN IF THE FAMILY HIRES A "BAI" THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THAT.. THERE ARE A LOT OF PEOPLE TO FEED.. SO THEY NEED SOME ONE TO WORK FOR THEM.. THEY ALWAYS GIVEs EXAMPLE OF HOW THIER MOTHER DID EVERYTHING ON HER OWN..
BUT THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND THAT THERE IS A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A MOTHER AND YOUR BROTHER'S WIFE/uR WIFE... NOW THESE PEOPLE WANT TO WORK OUTSIDE/INSIDE.
2ND THING.. back then everyone was small kids..you 5 kids, dadaji, pashu and ur mother.. Daddajee could do most of his work, ...
but now Daada jee is old he can't even get a bottle of water by himself, his father can't do his work, non of the guys do the house work..
PASHU's character does not understand any of these matters...
HE THINKS: whatever he says is always right, and everyone else is wrong...
