Khushi sat in front of the mirror looking at herself and admiring her Devi Maiyaa. She touched the red rose and took it off ever so gently. She looked at it carefully and then kissed knowing Arnav had placed his lips on it. *Ye Arnav bi na kabhi kabhi aisa kaam karte hain ke bas dil karta hain ke mar hi jao*
Her phone began ringing, she casually got up and picked it up from the bed, knowing fully well who it could be.
"Hi" He said it in a flirtious way.
"Hello!" she replied flirting back in her girly way. She laid down on her bed and started playing with her open hair.
"Khushi, I got something to tell you.."
"Yeh I know what your going to say...that you love me.." she giggled.
"Yep that too" He smirked. "But...I'm going out of town to sign a deal".
"WHAT?!" She sat up from her bed. "WHY? HOW? WHEN?"
He chuckled seeing her starting to panic. "Khushi I'm going now, but I will be back by the day after tomorrow".
"I have to spend two days without seeing you?" she said in a meek voice.
"Why you going to miss me?" He asked her in a teasing way.
"Aur nahin toh kya? Of course I will miss you".
Arnav began putting his tie on. "Chalo, get ready I will take you with me?"
Khushi stood up. "No its okay, I will manage two days, you go". He began smirking.
"Khushi your not scared going with me are you?"
She began stumbling and then answered quickly.
"Nope...someone has to stay behind to finish your projects".
"Okay then I'm off, I will be back as soon as I can..look after yourself hmmm?".

Anjali was sitting down feeling unwell. "Sonu can you make that herbal tea that you always talk about?" Sonu touched her forehead and then got up to make her the herbal tea. "Of course darling, you just wait here, I will be back in a jiffy!"
He opened the herbal jar and started pouring some into a pan. "Anjali I was just checking our joint account, there is not much money left.."
Anjali wiped her nose with a tissue and spoke in a groggy voice. "Yeh I know, we have to pay the rent of this place soon...I will talk to Arnav bhai". Sonu smirked and then began pouring some water.
"Yes you should as we are behind with the payments now". He put the pan on the cooker and turned it on. "You know Sonu we need to start thinking about our future, we cannot keep taking money off my brother like this, when we get married we need to secure our future..and its not fair on bhai to always provide me..I want us to be independent". Sonu was hearing her say this . he walked back into the room and sat next to Anjali. "Anjali we will be independent, but let us get our studies out of the way..then we will talk to your brother about us hmmm?"
She nodded her head and blew her nose again. "Sonu please give me some paracetomal tablets..I feel like I got a temperature again". Sonu got up to get her medication and to see if the herbal tea was ready .

Khushi had gone to work as per usual but due to missing Arnav she was finding it hard to cope with her projects. "Khushi stop thinking about him! He not coming till tomorrow so divert your mind". She began texting him. *Missing you*
She had not spoken to him since last night. She began fidgeting and making mistakes with her writing. "This Laad Governor, let him come back...I mean I have sent him so many texts and even rang him but has he answered or replied back..no". She kept checking her iphone to see if she had not heard her phone go off. "Looks like he isn't even missing me". She pouted her face and began typing away.
Aman walked in with a set of files. "Khushi ASR left these files for you to keep safe...and yeh he wanted you to finalise the Gulshan & Sons deal today..as you know the deadline was today".
"Teek hain.." She said pushing it aside. "Anyway did he ring you?" She asked curiously.
"No he hasn't but if he has not spoke to you, there is no chance he would speak to me first". Khushi listened and blushed hearing the importance of her in his life.
"But if he does ring you tell him to ring me okay?" Aman nodded his head and left her to get on with the project.
Khushi sat there daydreaming about Arnav. She was finding it hard to concentrate on anything. She looked up towards his cabin. She walked towards his cabin and began looking around, getting flashbacks of their encounters together in this very room. She felt his black leather chair and smiled to herself. It felt like she could feel his presence. Suddenly the landline phone of his cabin went off. She looked at it and decided to pick it up.
"Hello"
"Hi" came the voice of a husky ASR.
"Aap? How did you know I was here in your cabin?"
"Errr Khushi I know more about you than you think I do...anyway...Khushi?" he looked at his mobile just incase he had cut her off.
"Are you there?"
"Yes I am". He smirked he knew she was annoyed with him. "Whats wrong khushi?"
"I been texting and ringing you so many times and you couldn't even reply".
"Oh that! Sorry had my phone on silent..Khushi wo sab choro what did you want to say to me?"
"You really want to know that?" She got up and sat on his desk. "Yes"

She shook her kangan and made clanking noises. "Arnav did you hear my kangan what it is saying to you?"
He sighed impatiently. "Khushi you tell me". She began singing on the phone.
Khushi: Bole mera kangana tere bin sajna neend nahin ati, bole mera kangana tere bin sajna neend nahin ati, hoke juda mujse tuje kya chain ataa hain?(My bangle speaks and says without you darling I cannot go to sleep, by being separated from me do you seek peace?)
Arnav smiled and replied to her.
Arnav:Din raat tarapta hoon milne ko tarasta hoon(I pine day and night and die to meet you)
Khushi left the office and went to the mandir to pray. She suddenly saw Arnav coming close to her. He looked at her with an intense gaze. Khushi put her forehead on his shoulder.
Khushi: Tujse mili main deewani bani(I met you and I became crazy)
He lovingly cupped her face with both hands and smoothed her stray hair.
Arnav: Tu mere sapno ki rani bani(You became the queen of my dreams)
Khushi and Arnav covered the diya from going out and touched their hands. Khushi looked effected by his touch.
Khushi: Aye sanam pyar karne ke din(Darling the days of loving have started)
He touched her long silky lashes and put his finger under her chin.
Arnav: Palko tale jeene marne ke din(To live and die under your eyelashes)
Khushi turned around and gave him a back hug.
Khushi: Chaane laga preet ka ab nasha(I am getting intoxicated by your love)
Suddenly Arnav disappeared and she realised she was daydreaming about him. She slapped herself playfully. She wenta bit forward and was stopped by a pull on her dupatta. It was Arnav pulling her close.
Arnav: Duniya ke rasme duniya ki kasme tor ki ajaa na, kya dur ja ke dil tera muje bhool jata hain(Leavethe worldly customs and promises and come to me, does your heart forget me when you are far?)
She ran and went into his arms.
Khushi: Teri yaad satati hain, muje paas bulati hain(Your memories haunt me and call me close to you)
Khushi went home and sat outside her house gazing at the stars. She was dressed in a maroon shalwar kameez with gold embroidery. She was looking up that Arnav cupped her face and looked into her shy eyes.
Arnav:Chehre se ab ankh hathti nahin(My eyes don't go away from your face now)
She interlocked her hands with his and brought them near her cheek.
Khushi: Tere bina raat kathti nahin(The night does not pass without you now)
He pulled her up and began walking backwards away from the house.
Arnav: Koi bi na jaane na halat meri(No one knows my state)
She clutched his bicep and put her cheek on it.
Khushi: Pagal bana de gi chahat teri(Your love will make me mad)
He put his arm across her chest pulling her close.
Arnav: Iss bekarari main aye maza(In this pining there is an enjoyment)
Khushi put her hand over her chest and closed her eyes.
Khushi: Dhak dhak dharke jeeya mora tarpe dard bara jaye, ye pyar kya tuj ko bi raato ko jagata hain?(My heart beats fast and makes the pain worse, does this love keep you up the nights as well?)
Arnav disappeared and she knew she was daydreaming again. She was walking away that she heard him call her. "Khushi?" she looked back and saw he was standing near his SUV . she ran towards him happily. She was really near him and was about to touch his face that she pulled back thinking she was just imagining him. She turned around and was about to walk off that he held her by the wrist.
Arnav: Betaab sa rehta hoon har dard main sehta hoon(I stay restless and put up with all pain)
Khushi looked back realising he was here for real...she began asking him all the while coming close to him.

Arnav smirked and kissed her kangan.

He pulled her onto himself and grabbed her petite frame in his masculine broad arms. She put her arms under his arms and interlocked her hands and tightened the embrace. She placed her head under his neck. While he put his chin under her head and closed his eyes. After a good while he broke off to look at her beautiful brown eyes and asked her mischievously. "You missed me that much huh?" He smiled and kissed her forehead lovingly. She put her arms round his neck and he began speaking to her. "Sorry I lied to you I was coming tomorrow..I wanted to surprise you". Khushi smiled and then pouted her mouth. "So you think by irritating me you can pacify me like this?"
Arnav smacked a loud kiss on her cheek. "I think I already have Khushi Kumari Gupta". He looked at her with a lot of passion. "No you haven't ASR". He smacked another loud kiss on her cheek. "Stop doing that!". He smacked another kiss on her cheek. "So are you happy now or shall I give another one?" She looked into his deep brown eyes and then burst out laughing. He smiled and she slid her arms around his neck and tiptoed to hug him. He put his hands around her lower back and began stroking her there. She put her head on his shoulders and began breathing heavily. He moved in closer and could feel her bosom heaving up and down against his taut chest. He pulled her closer and his manhood began rising against her. She felt something strange down below. Her femininity core was pulsating and aching. She without any thought pulled in close like the only way she could cope is holding Arnav tight against her . she began breathing shallow. Khushi lowered her eyes and felt she was sweating. She noticed his arms coming round and dangling a pendent chain round her neck. She picked the pendent and saw that it was initialled 'ASR' in a unique style of calligraphy. The diamonds were white and red. "Arnav..?" she questioned him through her eyes. He began putting it round her neck and touched her sensitive neck. She felt the deadly breath on her neck. She closed her eyes in anticipation.
"I saw it and bought it for you...you like it?" He was bending to place a kiss on the back of her neck that she turned around and looked at it again and nodded her head. "I love it!" She hugged him again and he placed another smacking kiss on her cheek. She pouted her face. "ARNAV!"
