I think the kiss happend like this ahem talking to anita has nilase because hes phone was coverd with a white cloth maybe anitha asks nilase for a kiss on the phone and ahem gose and kiss his wife gopi

i think if you watch properly ahem is on the phone with hanky , so acting as nilesh . i think anita must have asked him to give her a kiss from the phone n seeing this gopi definately will be sad , so i guess he gives her a kiss to make her feel better .

thats exactly what i think too
