Yes anisha truth will definetly come out in the maha episode and at that time prem will not curse himself for telling lies to simar and meeting this female on the quite. He will definetly apolozise to simar and should give that anisha one tight slap and ask her to leave and not to show her face again.

Oh please, just because he's hiding about his ex doesn't exactly mean he's still in love with her! He could be hiding cos he doesn't want her to worry unnecessarily? Or he could be hiding it cos generally women like to nag nag nag about these things and most of the time it's really nothing to worry about!

Why are people over reacting over this, just cos the article says Anisha will create misunderstandings? There is a reason why they have been called 'misunderstandings'. It doesn't imply that Prem actually is going to leave Simar over this, get a grip people!
