If Nilesh really and truly loved anita then he would have trusted her and would have even gone against his parents to marry Anita...
If Ahem really and truly loved Anita, then he would have gone against his mom and married her...

True, but I think that the Nilesh dude will be her happily ever after. She can't have Ahem, so Nilesh is the only one left. Or she might just get killed off in the show and there won't even be a question about it.

GoHem, esp Gopi will be the one to bring Nilesh back to normal senses, .. hopefuly and get Anita sorted out..
