We are not snowwhite like Anandi or black as Gauri. We do have some traits of Anandi and some traits of Gauri.

We have some innate goodness in us which comes to surface when we see good people suffering.
We sometimes do things for the sake of our loved ones and family.
We sometimes suffer silently when someone betrays our trust.

We also have lots of insecurities about our future, about our relationships and we have some selfishness in us.

But we try our best to balance these two so that our goodness should not become our weakness and our badness should not become evil.

Many of us are afraid to see ourselves in the mirror. That is why there is silence.

Its true that people are mixture of both good qualities and bad qualities . But it depends upon ourself what to give more importance. It is right to say that situations makes one behave like a certain way but it is within us as how we conceive the situation and to decide what is right or wrong. People can go on critising even in smallest thing. There are people who believe tit for tat, blood for blood and there are some who believe god is there and karma will decide what will happen.
For me not accepting ones mistake and searching for the others fault ( even if he or she hasnot done it) , keep on blaming others for my misfortune is nothing but weakness and stupidity. Moreover i cannot think of hating the person who lives for others and support the person who causes unhappiness.

Sometimes I think as to who is really happy.
No one.

Jagya lost his family, lost his course and is still now has lots of inner turmoil which he is traying to cover up but his eyes betray that.

Anandi is unhappy but she knows how to find happiness by indulging in social work.

Gauri is also unhappy as she destroyed Jag's career and her never being acceptable to the family.

We are all sympathising with Anandi and her condition, but strangely some of us are behaving like Gauri by indulging in cursing, being angry and vindictive.

Of course we all have both the right and wrong in us, the point is who rules us, our emotions, our behavior--The right or the wrong. Is right and wrong 50-50 in anyone I dont think so, some people let the bad side of themselves rule their lives, some have a flash of genius, correct themselves and let the positive side of themselves come forth. Wrong is just wrong, nothing more, nothing less and when you willingly do wrong that is what makes us bad. If you make excuses for your sin, your sin wont be excused!!

I agree that I have some qualities like Anandi and some qualities like Gauri.. like impatience & anger. But the thing is I know that these are my bad qualities and my weakness. And for my good qualities they are my strength. I don't use my weaknesses to justify myself if I do anything wrong. I try to get rid of my anger. Would you make Gauri like qualities your strength? For most part if any person has any bad qualities they try to get rid of it but Gauri thinks she is the best. That is the difference between normal people and Gauri and hence most people support Anandi.
Before marriage, I admit that there were many good qualities in Gauri but we can't justify her based on her past. Then even Jagat had good qualities before marriage. Do we justify him?? And yes, I sympathized with Gauri before marriage. But then she chose this life on her own. If she doesn't sympathize with herself and views herself as the winner over Anandi, then how can we do that????

P.S. Most viewers like to see positivity as TV soaps are for entertainment.
