On a serious note, Raghav is a guy that doesn't trust the law, so that's why he probably didn't give it to the police. And he's a trustable guy, so if someone forgot something important, such as a cell, he would definitely give it back. and when he was running behind the auto, he didn't know they were trying to run away from him, so he ran behind them thinking they'll stop but in the end he reached their home and it was already too late to turn back. And the CV's wanted to start the interaction between Sia and Raghav and today's episode was the beginning of their friendship, now Sia is having second thoughts about Raghav because he didn't come for revenge, he just came to return her cell phone.
