remarriage if anandi in ballika vadhu

I m quite hurt with the news that anandi is going for divorcing jagya and planning a re-marriage.

The point is that jagya remarried gauri without divorcing anandi, that means he has committed an act of Bigamy, which is a crime and subject to an imprisonment up to 10 years in IPC. if anandi is so educated then she should legally try to protect her rights as a wife. legally is the wife of jagya. the serial is educating viewers on so many points, then why not spread legal literacy?

my points are:

1. anadi should ask for maintenance.

2. otherwise teach jagya and all other men who just leave their wife in a lurch and without legally separating, they remarry.

3. if a law has been made, they why not abide it.

4. remember chand mohd. and some minister, who became muslim to remarry. so even ministers are afraid of marrying again without divorce but jagya is not.

5. once jagya is punished for his act then anandi can go for divorce and remarry.

6 not like a sheep, remarry and pardon the wolf.
