I hope DS and Bhairov are true to their decision and get Anandi married. She can do so much better than Jag. Jag needs to live with the consequences of his actions and not be rewarded by getting Anandi back b/c of her trust in him!

I think sumitra will be against it.
I mean she loves Anandi very ,much to the extent that she was the one who first said Anandi to stop putting sindoor and she was the one who supported bhairav in their first suggestion of remarriage to Anandi.. but after gauri's visit to jetsar and that whole deal about , loveof Anandi and jagya being true vs. the fake love of gauri,

the challenge of gauri.. I think she wants Anandi to stay. She might be for it but she is weak and will have hesitations in giving anandi away.
Anandi is her strength and her link to jagya ( in what ever sense) emotionally, it would be as if she will be loosing jagya again.

So after divorce, will A still live in the haveli and with what rights?
I mean, curently she is the legal bahu and beloved beendni of Singhs, but after divorce If J questions on A's rights then what will be the answer?
Getting divorce doesn't mean remarrying the next day, so what will be A's status during the transition?

I do not think Anandi has to worry about that. Bhairav and Ds will probably legally adopt her

I dont think the legal title changes the singhs' feelings for anandi.
so I'm not sure what you mean by 'status'. She is currently not staying there on the basis of a legal claim either -- even when they thought that she was illegal because of child marriage, they still asked her to stay there. So she is not there because of her legality as daughter in law.
After the divorce, she may be a guest -- but how does that matter?
you ask with what rights will she stay in the haveli? -- she will stay in the haveli with the rights of the owners of the haveli having asked her to stay.
and anandi is not one to haggle over rights when there is no relationship. If she feels that the singhs are ill treating her, she will not sit there staking her claim on the haveli. i think she would easily let the haveli go.
