Hats Off to the Indian Judicial System For the First Time Ever !!
Hii guys, i know you all might be wondering what does this topic mean. Well it is nothing much related to kzk but thought of just sharing with all of you as i was pleasantly surprised hearing about it myself.
I dont know how many of you must have heard about it, but just recently, like maybe 1 or 2 months back, a court case was going on in which a man was accused of raping and killing a 10 year old girl. Well the story was like this....
It took place in a village in Kerala. They were a muslim family to which this 10 year old girl belonged to. Her father had a best friend who would always keep visiting their house every now and then and her father liked him a lot as they were friends for many years now. One day, when this friend came home, there was no one at home except this 10 year old girl. She used to call him uncle, liked him a lot, and was quite close to him so she allowed him inside though no one was home. This uncle took advantage of the opportunity, raped her and killed her. Just imagine, she was only a 10 year old girl and a guy of her father's age, and that too someone who was close to the family had to do something as horrible as this.
When her father came to know about this, complaint was registered and he was put behind bars. During the trial, when the court case was going on, inbetween he got bail and he came out. Usually during such murder cases, i dont think bail would be possible but maybe he had influences because of which he got it. This victim's family was not that rich or anything as they stayed in a village, and it could have happened that because of this man's influences, he may not get the right punishment from court. So what did the murdered girl's father do.....
The girl's father, though not that rich had lot of true friends and one day, he went with 2-3 of his friends to his daughter's murderer, and shot him dead with a rifle. He then went to a nearby police station and surrendered himself. What do u think should have been the punishment for the act of the father who killed the rapist and murderer of his 10 year old daughter?!
Well you wont believe it, but the court set him free without any punishment or penalty. He was set free to go home.
Can you believe it, technically speaking he is a murderer who shot dead a person but taking the circumstance of the murder into consideration, he was not even given the smallest of punishments!! Hats off to the Indian Judicial System for the 1st time ever for having portrayed what actual justice is all about đ đ !!
