Washington: It seems as though 'Desperate Housewives' star Marcia cross who tied the knot last month with stockbroker Tony Mahoney is in a rush to be a mum.
The couple was spotted at a fertility clinic in Los Angeles just two days after becoming man and wife.
A source who saw the duo leaving the clinic told America's 'Star' magazine that the couple looked elated after they left the clinic.
"Marcia dialled a number on her cell and it looked like she was passing on really good news", Contactmusic quoted the source, as telling 'Star' magazine.
Cross' pal Lori Loughlin further revealed that she was so desperate to have a child that she was even planning to adopt a child.
"She (Cross) wants to start a family. Marcia would love to have children", she said.
