Another wonderful episode in this series of wonderful episodes...

This is the first time Aarti has come in direct contact of Yash without being distracted by anything... The persona she witnessed today of Yash has completely blown her out.

His grief and his agony raised that protective instinct of a woman for her man...

Well Arpita is in bathroom changing and Yash is searching for his own cloths. But could not find anything realizing that Pratik must have rearranged everything, He walks passby the bathroom and the door opens suddenly striking his arm and he jumps back with a pain holding his hand... Aarti who comes out sees that and saying sorry repeatedly she just grabs his hand and starts blowing on it to take away the hurt... that just shocks the Yash completely and he forgets his pain and lifts his shocked eyes to look at Aarti who not knowing what she was doing was blowing soft air on his arm. His gaze makes her realize what she was doing and she stops.. But still keeps holding his hand and then it dawns on her that she is still holding his hand she just lets it go.. Saying sorry now in full sense for holding his hand without realization. Yash still holding his hand looks at her and says it's ok and moves on... He always being a considerate person who thinks for others first tells her that she must be tired and she should go to sleep needs to rest. Saying Yash moves further in the room near the foot of the bed and Aarti putting the towel on side near the door steps in the room. She looks at Yash still may be little concerned for him but he seems to be recovered and was standing there on the foot of the bed looking straight forward. Her gaze travels to the bed and she sees all decorated with flowers and all. Than she looks at Arpita's picture.. They both stand like that in an awkward silence thinking what to do next and than they hear the big sound of something breaking.. Instantly Yash is on the move.. He quickly goes out of the room and Aarti follows him..

They see people gathered in front of Pratik's room calling his name out. Vidhi calling out Pratik and wanting to know what happened and what was that sound all about. Yash and Aarti stands far looking at everything. Pratik opens his door a little and tells all not to worry everything is ok But Punkaj ever caring older brother wanted to make sure all was well with his brother. But Pratik feeling very uncomfortable stops him and ask him not to worry but Punkaj insists. Pratik then looks at Vidhi and ask her to make her husband understand. She tells him something and he just smiles.. The ladies behind them start giggling.

Embarrassed Pratik looks at his brother Yash and tries to caution him about being careful but Vidhi divert everyone's attention from that advice and tells all to go back to their resting quarters. After everyone leaves Aarya starts to leave too but Pratik invites them to step in and see what happened... Yash was little hesitant but Pratik insisted and he and Aarti step in. The scene inside was hilarious. The bed has the crack in the footboard and near the head board the bed was tilted on one side… In short they had the broken bed in the room and Paridhi was hiding behind the bed… Looking at the scene Aarya had tiny smile on their faces but they somehow controlled it. Pratick looked pathetic showing him the bed. Paridhi ask him who he was talking to. He casually told Paridhi to come out as it is no body except Yashbhaiya and bhabhi. So Paridhi came out smiling sheepishly. Meanwhile Pratik was trying to fix the bed. She says Pratik are you going to fix the bed all night.. Aarti just could not hold her laughter anymore and she burst out laughing at Pridhi's unorthodox question even Yash was bit surprised at her spontaneous laughter. Yash looks at her and she stops laughing and makes her face serious and giving the last glance at young couple she leaves the room with a tiny smile. Yash shakes his head at them and smiling a little he steps back and then pulling the door behind him leaves them alone. Paridhi smiles seductively at her husband, She slides across the tilted bed towards him and nearing him she entwines her arms around his neck saying with a naughty smile Pratik the bed is broken but there would be no problem with the floor… Pratik laughing heartily picks her up in one swipe and goes where she wanted to.

I think the purpose of this kind of prank by the relatives on the newly wedded couple on their wedding night serves the purpose of ice breaker.. Naturally there are some awkward situation between bride and groom in the house full of relatives wandering here and there and so putting them on a spot like that would break that awkward moment as people have already seen them at their worst so it takes away the embarrassment of a new couple.

Anyways so Aarti waits for Yash to come and they both look at each other and start walking back to their room… On the way back they here the laughing of the ladies and Vidhi saying did you see how our plan worked? It was lots of fun right and the ladies start laughing at the incident. Yash and Aarti stops in their track and look at them. Vidhi was about to say now we do not know what will… and her gaze falls on Aarya and she stops midway in her sentence and signals all the ladies to stop talking as Aarya are there. Aarti sees all that and she squints her eyes and looks at Yash… Vidhi then tells all the giggling ladies that it is late night and they all should retire to sleep.. She looks at Yash and tells him with his eyes that they need to be careful. They both come back in their room and stand at the foot of the bed thinking and then look at each other asking the same question pointing at the bed should we?... Aarti looks at Yash and he nodes his head and they start going in the opposite direction checking bed.. Knocking and tapping the bed around for any damage. They were so engrossed in the work with their head bent that they collide near the headboard and were startled. They had little confusion passing by each other and finally Yash steps back and let Aarti pass by on the other side.. So once again they go around the bed knocking and tapping on the frame to check for any damage in the bed frame. They complete the circle and once again collide headlong hurting their head. They look at each other holding their head and grimacing with pain they straightening look at each other and softly and quietly they come back toward each other and let their head touch sideways… keeping the tradition of touching the head again if accidently hit. It was the sweetest moment of the day… They go around the bed and standing at opposite side of the bed they smile softly at each other and then turning they both sit on the bed…

As soon as they sit on the bed they hear the cracking sound of breaking something… they were horrified by that sound and they both instantly getup and look at each other with wide eyes then they lift the bed cover instantly They see the few papads on the bed broken and then they hear Vidhi babhi's laughing voice saying ladies did you hear the sound?? those papads have been broken… Yash than realized the joke was played on them as well. He looks at Aarti and smiles and Aarti gives him a little smile as well. The ice between Aarya was broken as well. Yash then moves toward the closet and Aarti stands their smiling to herself at the incident. She sees Yash taking the marron towel and throwing it over his shoulder he goes to the restroom for a change. Aarti sees his back and stands still going in the flashback and her time with Prashant.. her ex husband..

We see totally different Aarti here… Prime and proper Miss Aarti is seductive and sultry. Prashant is ready for the shower and she comes telling him why he is taking shower in the cold season. Prashant tells her that he does not like the sweat smell but bold and beautiful Aarti looking seductively at him says but she likes it. Prashant looks at her saying is it so?? Then caressing her face he picks her up making her happy… She then says oh so you care for your wife so much that you do not even let her feet touch the ground?? He says oh you are my one and only wife I must take at least that much care.. she keeps on smiling at him…. Prashant brings her near the bathroom door and puts her on her feet. And then pulls her arms from around his neck and kisses her fingers and with a real cunning glint in his eyes he says you wait here and watch till I take my shower and he quickly opens the bathroom door and before she could act he closes it on her face… She keeps calling his name saying Prashant you are such a great cheater…. And her cry brings her back to the present and the realization where she was and then her gaze falls on her mangalsutra and she caresses the pendent with her fingers.

Here I want to mention few things about Aarti's fleshback…

In each and every flesh back we have seen Prashant and Aarti they were shown with some kind of physical relationship… If I want to describe in one word it would be consummate… They did not take time to understand or build relationship but outwit each other which led to consummate the moment in passion and that is why they could not understand each other even after a year of relationship and Prashant saw her as a woman who wants to have her own way and who is controlling and just in herself too much. And Aarti wanted to force the obligation of his parents and the baby to stay with him but nothing moved Prashant.. the relationship just falls apart cause it was not built on the foundation of understanding and trust.. Also Aarti did not wear saree when she is seen with Prashant that also indicates that she did not mold herself fully as a wife or a DIL. So whenever she remembers him she never remembers any of her wedding ceremony or the pheras or any promise during the wedding all she remembers is the passion element which existed between Prashant and her and her outwitting him and he just giving her false satisfaction of winning.. There was not much sincerity in their relationship on Prashant side as he never took Aarti seriously. There was a lack of respect and honor in their relationship. She openly seduced and enticed him and he cunningly just side tracked her.

So when Prashant was leaving Aarti told him that he could not have been hers as he did not even care for his own parents… So there was lack of respect between them.

And I think that is why she readily accepted Mansi's motto that all men want physical relationship because that is what she got in her relationship with Prashant. So her past experience was telling her the same thing and so she saw Yash in the same light till she knew the whole truth about him..

Whereas every time when they have shown Yash and Arpita's relationship it was regarding true marriage… the sincere pheras… the love and understanding they share and building of the relationship and understanding. Arpita was witty too and with her witty nature she blew Yash away but at the same time she knew how to read Yash and how to take care of his need. As Yash liked the shirt without a crease she would iron it again. With catering to her husband needs and knowing where all his stuffs were she would take care of the kitchen duty too being the perfect wife and perfect DIL. Yash also would watch her happiness making the food for his daughters and share her joy with her. They did have differences and different liking but love never stops between them. They respected each other and come together with more love and understanding..

Ok so now once again they show Punkaj being neglected by Vidhi.. by few remarks of Pa schindhia and Pankaj behavior to have fun without his wife.. I am suspecting that Punkaj has a weak nature and may have done something which makes Vidhi running away from him as soon as he tries to come near her… She does not mind the casual touch but she runs away from him when he tries to get romantic and he is not even able to voice his desire to her. She just runs away from him finding an excuse about their children... Ma and Pa Schindia needs to worry about this son and not their younger two sons…

Now after Aarti's flashback we come to Yash's flashback..

Yash steps out of the bathroom and folding his towel neatly he steps in the bedroom and his gaze falls on the sleeping Aarti… She was sleeping on his side of the bed and he remembers the incident with Arpita… He comes out of the bathroom and sees Arpita in the red night dress sleeping on his side of the bed. He stands there looking at his wife knowing she is trying to tease him… Arpita did not hear any sound so she opens her eyes little and sees him standing there… with a sweet smile she shuts her eyes quickly and hugs the pillow tightly as she knows what is going to happen… Yash stealthy approaches bed and sitting near her head he moves his fingers on her arm with a smile and twinkle in his eyes. Arpita opens her eyes laughing softly and he tells her that you know very well that you are sleeping on my side of the bed and I cannot sleep on other side… Arpita tells him spiritedly that this is their bed and not only his and she also can sleep on this side.. she said I am not going to budge from here. And holds her position lying flat on the bed… Yash simply laughs and start tickling her moving her on her side of the bed then jumping on the bed taking his position… Arpita's laughter rings in the bedroom and she starts hitting him with the pillow saying this is cheating… Yash defends himself saying this just my try to get my side of the bed but she keeps on hitting him playfully and finally Yash calls cease fire and opens his arm to take his wife in his arm and they both smile happily cuddling to each other.. The moment breaks Yash trance in the past and he keeps looking in his empty arms standing in his bedroom. He lifts his gaze from his arms and sees the face of Aarti sleeping on the bed.. he stands there thinking now what to do.. He almost goes near to wake her up but stops seeing her sleeping so peacefully…

Here I want to say that Aarti was only able to sleep so peacefully even though she knew that she is going to share a room and a bed with Yash as she had no fear from him and she fully trusted Yash with all her heart. And the result was a peaceful sleep…

Then thinking it is so late and she is tired he should not wake her up but he would let her know in the morning about his habit of sleeping on the right side of the bed.

Yash in dilemma about his sleeping problem looks around the room to find another place to spend the night… he sees the sofa nearby and tries to sleep there but it he was too tall for that chase.. He tries to adjust in various positions but could not find solution and he looks at his bed with a longing for good sleep but alas… He brings the cushion from the sofa and comes and sits on the chair but then he could not and so he puts the cushion of the study table and tries to rest his head on the table. He wanted to move the table lamp out of his way but the motion sensor lamp lights up and brightens up little more with every touch. At last he moves towards his bed on the empty left side and was about to sit on it than remembers the papad and stops.. He checks under the comforter if there was anything. He finds nothing and looks around to see where did it go and he sees the waste basket full of papads.. Heaving the sigh of relief he slowly slides on the bed to sleep but he simply cannot sleep. He is uncomfortable and keeps changing his position to be able to sleep but he sleep evades him totally and he is wide eyes laying on the bed with folded arms… He tries to roll on his right but then Aarti turns the same time to left almost bumping in to him. He quickly rolls back and sleeps in the awkward position.. Suddenly he feels Aarti's hand on his hair and her words my sweetie my shona floating in the air… Startle he looks at Aarti was in sleep thinking him as Ansh was trying to come closer for a kiss… with the horrified expressions on his face he thinks how he should avoid this on coming assault ha ha ha
