In Tuesday's episode, Khushi wanted to feed Arnav with her own hands trying to show that she has rights over him now since she is his wife but in the end, Anjali ended up feeding him with her own hands.
IMO, this shows that though Khushi is trying to assert her rights over Arnav thinking that they are hers, Anjali still holds all rights and power over Arnav and it will take time for Khushi to finally win them.
And later, like Geet24 said, Anjali leaves the place for Khushi to take over showing that Anjali is slowly handing over her rights to Khushi.
