What do u mean -using a baby for selfish reasons?

ok,i have heard so many times in the forum ,gauri and jagya are selfish parents who used their baby as a ticket to haveli.so i have some questions to ask -

i want to know why do couples extend their families?have babies?why they decide to be parents ?obviously for their personal hapiness right?it is not for samaj seva ,to help in increasing the population of country🤣

we humans do it for our hapiness.

now i l give ull various examples

lets talk a common incident which ul must have taken in many serials ,there is khush khabari in family ,chota nanha mehmaan anewala hai ,everyone is happy ,suddenly we come to know that yet to be father got promotion ,evryone says the child is so lucky for us,now he got propmotion just after receiving the news of the baby then when baby will come in this world ,just imagine ,it will bring how much prosperity in our lives.

so does this thinking of parents or family means they are selfish,they only want the baby to get properity?

example no 2,jhanvi from dil se di dua suabhagvati bhava ,i m sure ul must have seen this show,when jhanvi became pregnant,she started dreaming about the baby will bring change in her life,and it will change the character of her hubby viraj,so was jhanvi selfish in thinking all this?

my answer would be no,we always dream of things turning positive in our lives ,that is normal human behaviour.so gauri and jagya thought that may the child might get them closer to the singhs,so how does it make them selfish.

now i have seen various programmes earlier ,in which the women actually uses her baby to get what she wants.lets take mandira from kyunki saas bhi kabhi bahu thi who used karan just to get mihir.now this is called using your baby for your selfish needs .

but just thinking that child may bring a positive change in our lives doesnt make one selfish.

Yeah, but its silly to put responsibility on the baby for our wishes/happiness/sadness.

its not a responsibility dear but a positive thinking,at every mode of our lives ,dont we think positive,for example when we marry we think we l get the worlds best hapiness,marriage will so much hapiness in our lives,before entering every new mode of our lives,we dream of getting the best.Its just same over here.

when anandi and lal singh were in Mumbai for some other purpose wantedly drag them to their sukhi house and make anandi feel more bad and use that poor fetus as trump card to show anandi and lal singh that jagat cares for her and the baby. Now what was the intention in that usage????

dont mix that with this ...my point is gauri used her baby to get close to singhs ,this is blame that is often put on gauri ,which i think is absolutely false,talking about this incident u talked about ,she dint use her baby ,but that was foolish act of her ,misrepresentation of anandi character ,she wanted to make anandi belive that jagya and she are very happy ,so its better anandi doesnt interfere.

Sorry but I am repeating myself again. After she lost her child she actually said to Anandi that even if the baby died he served the purpose of making her and Jagat's relationship stronger. If that is not called selfish then I don't know what is selfishness. She did not even think about the poor child but only her relationship. Feel so bad for the child.

As for her using the child as ticket to haveli... when she went to Jetsar recently she actually mentioned that I am carrying the "kul ka chirag". That means she is making the Singhs realize her importance using the child. isn't that called using the child for her own reasons??????????

where did anandi interfere here?? She was DRAGGED to see their happy gruhasti and get to know that she is left with nothing and she is lost!. THATS WHAT GAURI SAID! why was it so important for the mistress to make the wife believe??? In any relation two people need to believe each other I don't understand why would anyone other person has to believe in anything they have in between. If gawari gets an idea that anandi might not believe that they both are sleeping together then gawariji would invite anandi home and make her sit in a chair in the same room and then go sleep with her husband to prove it??? PERIOD!!!

She did try to rub in on haveli people's face. She did mention to sumitra that she never treated her preggo DIL well. That itself tells that gawariji was expecting them to treat her like a queen because she got knocked up.

my dear runes-when anandi called up gauri had just gone through the bigest pain so her dialoges were to anandi were not show off anandi ,but obviously she assumed anandi to be happy on the death of her baby ,so she said it to her that becoz my child died ,u dont think jagya is goin to leave me.so what selfishness?how does it prove that she was using her baby?

saying kul ka chirag is using baby ?why?how?she is carring jagya baby ,so automatically her baby becomes kul ka chirag.what wrong with that?

agreed ,she behaved badly with anandi but it doesnt prove that she used her baby to get her target right.expecting things turn ur side and using someone to get those things are purely different things.

haha Tanvi yaar dont worry you'll just get more people misunderstanding you. I agree with you if Gauri really wanted her baby to become ticket to haveli she wouldnt have been thinking to abort it. We all know how she realised the importance it added to her life. And as for USING the baby that Jogia only said it will make my parivar close to me again. If she didnt love her baby she wouldnt be in depression mode right now. Poeple are taking hatred for Gauri way too far now thinking her insecurities make her evil and bad and wrong in every possible way.
