BJ of course was the basis for the Maryada serial . Vishwajeet took on the role of BJ with substance and impact. Although I started watching this serial after seeing Gaurav and his story in one of the epis. Loved Raqesh acting but not really his role. What for me is most important to say is that all of them acted their roles in a realistic and totally believable manner. Each of them was able to portray human individual behavior as seen all over the world. Characters roles were believable and realistic and in existence everywhere in the world. Well done CV's. But honestly, I loved all of their acting, from the egotistical BJ, vulnerable Vidya, mahaan Devyani, emotionally dependent Uttara, hot-headed but dependable Adi, bold and impressionable Priya, self sacrificing gentle Gaurav, loyal Jaggi and chatty Imli, silent but charismatic Bauji, politician with a heart RD, suave, cool, calm and collected SJ and all the rest .

Priya definitely. Roshni Devi would be second. The rest, Devyani, Uttara and Vidya are disgraceful. The list is incomplete without Shubhankar though.
