Ok everyone who is atm active, I can see we all seem to be going round in circles discussing almost the same thing over and over again so I think its time to divert !!

Have discussed Hair and Skin so far before under the same title (can't see the original post as it was a long time ago and may have been deleted !)

So TODAY's TOPIC - NAILS

Primarily I think a good diet helps to have good nails but I have nails that "chip" off very quickly and I HATE fake ones so any good ideas on how to get nails to keep growing without chipping off !!

Please contribute to any ideas and help me get us away from KS until the next update !!

Hi buddy so new topic of nails 😆 😆 I heard that one must include lost of fruits and veges in ones diet to have good nails because mineral deficiences can cause nail to be weak and chipping 😛

Hello Payal....Dunt cry dear....

Well..abt nails...i dunt have much knowledge ..but all i knoe is that my nails r water sensitive and if i expose my nails to water numerous tyms, then i end up havin chipped nails 😕

Moreover, i also avoid putting nail polish for more than 2 weeks..and i also make sure to provide oxygen to my nails by not putting any nail polish for minimum 1 week lest my nails bcums pale yellow 😳

Hope i made sense 😆

Btw, interesting topic... 😛

I did mean to diet I meant include green vegetables and fresh fruit in your daily intake of food and see the difference by the way one needs to regularly take a good care for the nails and a good manicure and pedicure also helps😆😆

file ur nails on a regular basis to maintain its shape n keep it smooth on edges to avoid gettin chipped.
use a clear nail varnish to avoid scraches on nails n remove n repaint nails once every week.
use a nail varnish remover with extra conditioners to keep nails healthy.
and go for a manicure every three months to maintain beautiful hands n nails

i have been told that a natural conditioner for nails is garlic. even though it makes fingers smelly, peeling garling may help. i enjoy peeling garling n i have great nails that grow well n dont chip
