Aanamika

How did Simran die exactly? I was thinking, suppose Aanamika and Simran were together at the time of Simran's death but instead of Simran, it was really Aanamika who died. But, due to the cause of death, (supposing the terrorists used a bomb or something), both women's faces were damaged and so there was a case of mistaken identity and doctors gave Simran Aanamika's face during surgery. Also the um...cause of death could have caused amnesia! so Simran only knows that much about Aanamika which Aarti's family must have tried to remind her of... But upon seeing Kaushik's house, it's all coming back slowly... 👏

yes, she died in real but they can replace her on screen if they make it look as though she never died in the serial in the first place.

i thought they would respect her death in real and not replace her but they seem to be weaving a new twist around her death...

well i find they should respect her death but whatever
