But when kunal will tell i love u to siddhi i thought he will tell siddhi today that he love siddhi and he will tell siddhi that he will no give divorce to siddhi but he did not tell any thing to siddhi ultha he did more akhadh to siddhi

Hi Anuradha... Kunal, Siddhi, both are so stubbron with their attitudes. So, they will not confess that easily. And confession that too in the hospital, siddhi is not in a stage to move from bed even. It wont be much passionate. Let them clear with the case also. Then double dhamak passionate confession we can see.
