Adi walked into KM with Pinky in toe.

"Adi sir why you bought me here?"asked Pinky shyly.

"Pinky don't get any wrong ideas Maan has called us for some important deal".

"I thought maybe you wanted me to accompany me to assist you with this new project.

Adi fixed his glasses and gave his trademark laugh.

"Pinky as much as want you to assist me..its not up to me..its up to my friend Maan and your boss".

"So that means you like me na?" asked Pinky batting her eyelashes.

"Listen I like you like a colleague and not like the way you are suggesting Miss". Adi raised his voice.

Maan walked in and looked at Adi and Pinky fighting.

"Adi! Why you rejecting her love you should be grateful...How many times have i told you to be respectful to ladies?"

Pinky looked on approvingly and Adi took Maan to the side.

"Maan what you doing..I am your friend man...you should help me get rid of this chipku gal man".

Maan looked back at Pinky.

"Dost hoon isliye toh keh raha hoon..shaadi karlo Pinky se...warna muje nahin lagta tum karo ge...you will become old dude".

Adi felt like strangling Maan. Maan's dad walked in with Chopra and Sumaira.

"Maan are okay handling the new project? Sure you don't need any help?"

"Thanks papa we got it covered...only one thing papa we need to see the site today but I have got a conference call from the US..what shall I do?"

Geet walked in hearing everyone's hearing the prior engagements.

"If you don't mind papa I will go as your all so busy". Everyone approved of this.

"Wah bhai wah! What a daughter-in-law! I must say SInghania your lucky". Singhania looked on proudly and Chopra and Sumaira gritted their teeth.

After a while the Chopra family left and Sumaira rang John.

"Cousin got a job for you...uh you know the new site..yeh Geet is going to see it...ALONE" smirked Sumaira.

"Got you sweetheart..leave it to me". John blew the puff of smoke in his mouth and took another puff.

"Geet I don't feel right you going alone" Maan grabbed her by the waist while she put his tie on.

"I'm a big girl now Maan..don't worry your pretty head".

"Okay but as soon you made your report come back okay?"

"Maan you trust me don't you?"

"Of course more than my life".

Both joined their forheads lovingly and looked into each other's eyes. "I love you Geet".

"Me too" both gave a peck on the lips.

Maan got busy at the office and found John had taken the day off. Mean while Geet got to the site and began preparing the report.

"Mam we got another person here from Mr Khurana's office that has come to aid you".

Geet looked on surprised. "Really Maan didn't tell me..don't worry I will ring and ask him". She took her phone and rang Maan.

"Maan ka phone voicemail par kyon hain?"

Geet went and began checking the site. After a little while she went into a secluded area. The are was a little hilly. Geet began walking and twisted her feet and fell down.

"Geet what happened?" John ran to her and began checking her feet out.

Meanwhile Maan found out through his client that John had gone to the site too. He rushed out of his office and made his way to Geet.

"John what you doing here?"

"Forget that..your hurt and I need to take you back".

"Don't worry I'm okay".

"Your not okay you twisted your ankle and you won't be able to walk".

He helped her get up and she tried to walk but the ankle was too sore. John saw that she unable to walk. He picked her up in his arms and made his way towards his car. Maan got there and was guided to where Geet could be.

He began running and saw John holding Geet in his arms. His blood began boiling. John saw Maan and kept his gaze steady. Geet looked on feeling uncomfortable at the situation.

"Maan its not like it seems..Geet twisted her ankle and couldn't walk back and I picked her up to drop her off home".

Maan gritted his teeth and gave an evil glare to John and took Geet from his arms.

"We will speak tomorrow about what you are doing here when you should have been at work. Maan Singh Khurana can take anything but not liars".

With that Maan walked off with Geet clingling to his shirt. He did not say a word or even ask her anything. She knew he was angry at seeing her in John's arms. She remained silent to let him calm down first and then she will explain what had happened.
