If you look below, under the picture of Gopi and Rashi, there is a User Rating...Rate Me, click over that you will see the grey little men turn orange, Freakin Awesome is the highest rating (5 little orange men) you can rate the show once a day for it to be counted in the Chaskameter for the following week.

No matter how many times in a day you click the Chaskameter the system only takes one vote per person each day.
