Obviously, she'll fake it. First, she'll notice the difference in treatment from when she is disabled and when she is fine. She'll realize that the sympathy factor works magic and that's what she will do. She's such a disgusting character! I probably won't like her even after her reformation, simply because there is no way she is redeemable.
