According to the Promo baby is dying Gauri will survive the accident.So tht scenario will not happen unless GAGA decide to have another impromptu SR with Gauri getting pregnent again and the whole thing repeating.

I sdont think so I think Gauri will survive and his baby will die and after that might be J will again starting showing his mercy for Gauri... Or might be that will make J easy to leave G now..
