Maan was stunned. He couldn't believe this. How was it possible that no one knew about this until now? His head was whirling with all this new information. He composed himself a little and signaled the detective to continue.

"Sir, darasal humein yeh saari information college ke records se mili hai, she was the third year student in Geet mam's college at that time..."

Now the bulb in Maan's head suddenly lit up.

"Ek minute... Aisa kaise ho sakta hai, if she is the same Pari toh phir woh toh meri age ki honi chaiyeh... She can't be Geet's junior….What's her age???"

"Sir... Yeh baat toh main ne realize hi nahi ki... Unki age sirf 22 years hai..."

"Hmmm...toh iska matlab woh Geet se ek saal aur mere se paanch saal chhoti hai...Tab toh woh Simi maa ki beti nahi ho sakti kyunki Simi maa toh tab tak ..."

Maan closed his eyes as the familiar pain and anguish he suffered at his Mother's death resurfaced in his heart.

"Mujhe saari details within a day chaiyeh, don't bother about the money...bass mujhe saari information chaiyeh...Understood.."

"Jee sir...Main aaj hi apne do aadmi aur iss kaam par laga deta hoon...Issi wajah se main khud aapse milne aaya tha..."

"Hmmm...waise aap ko aisa kyun laga ki she is that Pari???"

"Sir….Yeh information humein Pari ki matron se mili thi ki she apparently had threat to her life iss wajah se puri duniya se unki identity chhupayi gayi... Aur unhone hi humein iss hospital fiasco ke baaare mein bataya tha.."

"Okay...Mujhe iss matron ke baare mein bhi saaari information chaiyeh..."

"Jee sir... Toh main chalta hoon..."

Maan nodded and Mr. Devendra took his leave. Maan reclined in his chair. There were many missing dots here... Pari, her matron, Geet's accident, alleged attempt of murder of Pari... There was too much information and something was definitely wrong... He couldn't ask Geet anything, there was only one person right now who could throw some light on this matter and fill him up on the missing pieces at least about Geet's London life... And that was VICKY...

He gave instructions to Adi and Sasha and headed towards the Khurana farmhouse, after giving a call to Vicky to reach there ASAP...

KHURANA FARMHOUSE

Maan parked his Black Mercedes and at the same time, Vicky also reached there along with the driver...

"Hey dude...Everything's OK na??? You sounded very tensed on phone..."

"Vicky hum andar chal ke baat karte hain..."

Maan gestured towards the driver and other servants, Vicky understood immediately and followed Maan to his study. He could make out that Maan was very worried about something… even though he looked calm and composed from outside…. after all they were twin brothers and he could feel when his bro was tensed!!!

"So say...What happened suddenly???"

"Mujhe tumse Geet ke baare mein kuchh puchhna hai..."

"Geet ke baare mein??? Kya hua? Wo theek to hai na? Is it like related to the baby? Doctor said something kya? Tumne use se..."

"CHUP BILKUL CHUP... Oh god Vicky tum toh Geet ke sangat mein reh kar bilkul uski tarah Hoshiyarpur express ki speed mein bolne lag gaye ho..."

Maan chuckled while Vicky was very embarrassed; he tried to divert the topic.

"OK...Abb now tell me ki baat akhir hai kya..."

Maan became serious once again and finally asked.

"Geet ka London mein koi accident hua tha..."

Vicky stiffened. He straightaway understood the matter. He knew that Maan was unaware about all this until now, as Geet had already specified it to him. He sighed.

"Let me guess, tumhe yeh toh already pata hi hoga ki how she got into that accident..."

"Hmmm... Mujhe pata hai ki she was trying to save some girl Pari...Mujhe abb yeh jan na hai ki who is this Pari..."

Vicky was quite impressed. He already knew all this, well he definitely under estimated Maan Singh Khurana. "After all bhai kiska hai..." He thought lifting up his invisible collar. But when he saw Maan's murderous gaze, he answered immediately….

"Pari is Pari Singh Khurana...Aur I am sure tumhe yeh bhi pata hai..."

"Haan but main yeh jan na chahta hoon ki how can..."

"Ki how can she be Simi mom's daughter...RIGHT???"

Maan was amazed that Vicky understood his unsaid words.

"Maan it's true that she is our sister…."

"But, yeh kaise ho sakta hai...I mean..."

"Maan she is our sister but she is not Simi mom's biological baby..."

Maan gave him a confused look.

"Dude... she is our real sister, Raj Singh Khurana and Naina Singh Khurana's third child…."

"WHATTT…. par phir yeh sab….No one knows... aur voh iss waqt hai kahaan??? I want to meet her NOW…."

To Maan's surprise, Vicky sank on the sofa dejectedly and wiped out the lone tear that escaped his eye.

"Maan….Pari ki jaan ko khatra tha yeh baat tum jaante ho….Geet managed to save her life once, but…."

"BUT WHATTT…."

"They again tried to harm her….Aur uss baar woh hamari nanhi angel ko chot pahuchane mein successful ho gaye….."

Maan was horrified and his thinking process had completely stopped.

"Woh thik to hai na…." Maan barely whispered while dreading the worst.

"Nahi…. She got hurt very badly and now she is in coma…."

"COMA???"

"Haan...Imagine I am a neurosurgeon….But kya phayada meri qualification ka jab main apni baby sister ke liye kuchh nahi kar sakta….. Apni aankhon ke saamne usey khud sey dooor jaatey dekh raha hoon…." He spoke dejectedly.

"TUM KEHNA KYA CHAHTE HO???"

"Main ek doctor hoon Maan aur bhale hi yeh kitna bhi kadva sach ho but the truth is ki uske survival chances bahut kam hain and kuchh bhi ho santa hai…."

Vicky and Maan both were in tears. Maan couldn't believe his ill fate. The day he learned that he had a baby sister, the same day he also learned that she was fighting for her life and could be snatched away from him anytime.

Dadima who was standing on the door could not bear this shock, she clutched her chest and shouted "MAAAN..." and fainted.

Apparently Dadima was going back home after her charity society meeting on the outskirts of Delhi when she saw Maan's car entering the farmhouse. Curiosity got the better of her and she followed Maan. She would have never thought even in her wild dreams that she had a grand daughter too, but the truth of Pari's condition was too much for the old lady's fragile heart and she fainted….
