I agree with u guys there is a possibility ...but I don't think it will b purely physical for him. Everytime she is hurt ASR automatically steps back and Arnav takes over...even wen the MU was new he hated seeing garima hit khushi...he was concerned wen the necklace hurt her...just yest we saw arnav in ASR wen khushi's hand is hurt by the door...so I think if it leads to consummation it wud not b only physical for him...arnav will take over ASR...just my POV
